TSF issues?

Bamps, and yet what do they get for criticism? I am personally grateful for your mining and geology imput as whist I know my way around financial issues the geological side is something that I bow down to people’s superior knowledge. We are all in this to make money I believe and anything that makes us more aware of what we are invested in can only be a good thing.

MH01, The last share spike you referred to when it went from sub 6p through 11.5p was I believe someone accumalating and it took over three weeks for the buying to complete. It’s a pattern that may prove to be the case again. If the share price creeps up in small increments then that will be the case, however if it starts going up a penny at a time then that will indicate news of the positive variety is due.

Tried to buy another batch of shares this afternoon and had to split it into two separate trades as non available in a larger amount! This tells me that hopefully the institutional seller is now finished and the share price is only lagging now due to low volume and the awaiting of positive news. Fingers crossed.

Everyonesawinner, short answer is no, institutional selling isn’t shown the same as private retail buys and sells. People think the mark Makers are playing games with the share price but the truth is that they have been given a large sell order and they can only sell into weakness at the moment. I still say that this price is now at a four year low and that when A, the seller has completed, and B, when positive news re our potential purchase of the rest of the Haverion project is agreed the share price will rise substantially.

Because there is a large quantity of shares available from an institutional seller and until the volume they have introduced into the market are sold it will mean the price goes nowhere in a hurry! I have mopped up some more today as this price will be looked back upon as an opportunity that small shareholders will not see again when news finally breaks.

I am of the opinion that the drifting lower share price is due to a large institutional seller who entered the market at about the same time as the short was placed on the shares! If that is true then all that is needed is to wait until the seller has finished whereby the shares will not have the overhang weighing it down. The short will probably disappear at the same time. I have taken the opportunity over the last few days to top up substantially as the price is a steal however you look at it. If I am correct then all that is needed is to wait it out and top up of your finances allow. No bad news is forcing the shares down only what I’ve mentioned and of course the uncertainty regarding the potential takeover of the 70% that we do not as yet own.

I’m sure it’s been pointing out before but one of my top up purchases for 500,000 shares at 16.25 has been listed as a sell! You would like to think that correct information would be posted!

Zoros, your attempt at being sarcastic was just cheap, shame on you. I have great hopes for this company, am very well invested and have great faith in Shaun’s stewardship of the company. I will continue to stay invested and will continue to buy more shares should the price drift further. My question yesterday was a valid one but people seem to have completely misunderstood what I was getting at, basically confidence comes from the top. I will no longer post on this board and I wish. All investors in GGP good fortune as I believe it’s deserved.

Spade, the point is perfectly simple, the old saying about “putting your money where your mouth is “ Shaun has consistently said about how good this company is, and I truly believe him, but any business man worth his paycheque must know that a. If this is such a good prospect the I’m going to take it for all I can B. If by putting my money where my mouth is I inject confidence. That’s the point I’m trying to make.

Ace, correct. My point was and still is, if Shaun has in his previous capacity at northern star purchased shares (with his own money) then why not here when he has constantly been telling us how good this company is? For my part I believe him but cannot help wondering why he has not put his (own) money where his mouth is as we have all done!

Just a question, when Shaun was at Northern star did he buy any shares in the company (with his own money) not options or benefits in kind? The reason I ask is that he still has not purchased a decent holding himself which he not only said he would but would also show confidence and support the share price going foreward.

Shaun has basically stated that we are going mining with our existing partner! All this speculation about buyouts is just background noise. No buyout offer is coming, just get used to the fact that within a year or so we will be a producer as well as an explorer.
