Good to see volume picking up !
Wonder if any directors by more or if Lombard Odier take another nibble ?
The next KPIs, to be released in August, will comprise a full three month build for the Magna program, and will almost certainly start with a four, and maybe even a five.
Be good to get Colin’s thoughts
He’s been calling it all along !
I can’t see the RNS notifications on the RNS icon on this page ?
The startup's technology is currently integrated into six different vehicle platforms including electric vehicles like the Jaguar I-PACE and Ford Mustang MachE as part of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), Kendall said. As the self-driving technology advances, Wayve's AI will be upgraded using over-the-air software updates.

Thanks Sandy & See2020
At the moment this is not an exciting space for an investor. They would rather be in oil, helium & mining stocks that they believe will get them huge returns.
This is why it so important for SEE to go all out on their marketing strategy to get eyeballs on our tech & more importantly who our partners are, ie BMW & VW plus Ford & GM.
A good set up KPIs will do wonders for the stock & make us feel we made the right decision to back this company through these testing times. I’m sure some have bailed at 3.9p ?!
Hoping we smash all expectations next week 🙏

Definitely seen a vast improvement in the comms & marketing department.
Hope the penny has finally dropped that we need to start aligning ourselves with our huge & extensive partners.
More on SEE & Mike @NCAP2024
Mike Lenné represented #seeingmachines at the inaugural #NCAP24 conference in Munich last week speaking about the importance of Occupant Status Monitoring, Euro NCAP - For Safer Cars, Vans & Trucks demonstrating 2023 #protocols for cars and our path to 2026. It was a perfect setting to meet with key stakeholders of the Global NCAP community, government, and #automotive customers and partners, and we welcomed the announcement from Trucks Euro NCAP as they begin the introduction of #safety protocols targeting #heavygoodsvehicles.

All coming together, more exposure for SEE
Seeing Machines, a leading in-cabin sensing solutions provider, selected Ambarella’s CV25 AI SoC for their next-generation aftermarket driver monitoring system (#DMS)—Guardian Generation 3.
Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, commented: “We selected Ambarella’s CV25 SoC because its industry-leading AI performance per watt allows Guardian to be installed on the windshields of trucks, buses and other commercial vehicles operating in challenging environmental conditions, ensuring reliable performance when it’s needed most.”
The CV25’s flexible AI engine also enables Seeing Machines to deploy their latest algorithms for in-cabin solutions and provides a path for future upgrades with newer AI models.

This is what I was waiting for the CFO buying!
The guy who crunches the numbers & knows whether we will achieve profitability in 2024/5 is buying more shares!
Very very positive in my opinion 👍

Mercedes-Benz now has level 3 driver assist systems operating in California and Nevada. It’s exciting to be a part of the first deployment of Level-3 automation in the United States with the roll out of Drive Pilot on EQS and S-Class models in these states. While not fully autonomous, the technology allows for an enhanced hands-free driving experience.
This technology is quite an achievement, and #SeeingMachines is proud to be part of this. Camera-based #drivermonitoringsystem tech is a critical component of driver assistance as it helps ensure the driver is able and ready to takeover control when needed. Level 2 and level 3 automation are just part of our roadmap for widespread DMS adoption.
European regulations will require DMS as a safety system for #distraction and #fatigue beginning in July. The U.S. is considering similar regulations as part of an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued earlier this year.
DMS has the potential to eliminate impairment behind the wheel and we are committed to our mission of getting everyone home #safely.

I’m curious to find out what peeps think of this PACE award win by Magna & what it means for the relationship they have with SEE ?
If industry experts are touting this as a major technology breakthrough, will Magna chose to align more closely with SEE ? Could they invest more into SEE & buy more than 10% of the company?
Surely Magna are thinking we need to work more closely than ever with SEE or is that too optimistic?
I’m sure he is following this forum you know!

Seeing Machines has today announced an extension of a program win with "an existing North American Tier-1 customer and OEM." Based on existing evidence, this is almost certainly for Ford Motor Company, with Magna International as the tier-1. Shown below is the new Lincoln Motor Company #Aviator, sister of the Ford #Explorer, with DMS on the steering column. Superimposed onto the image is the latest Gen. 2 DMS camera from Magna. It is a perfect match. Both the Aviator and Explorer are due to reach start of production later this month, and we are likely to see models destined for sale in Europe appear on YouTube with this Gen. 2 DMS module sometime later this year, to meet Euro NCAP #OSM testing and #GSR requirements. The announcement likely also confirms that Ford is continuing to source DMS from Magna/Seeing Machines until at least 2032.

Be interested to hear what he has to say on both the contract win & Magna winning the PACE award for the DMS intergrated into the mirror with our tech !
Magna making a big deal about this win on social media & also mentioned SEE as partner so very positive for the ongoing relationship we have with them.
If it was SmartEye they would have added a zero at the end of it on further expansion & estimates & the stock would have gone up by 40%
As always we send out a boring RNS that has no sizzle & we get a muted response.
Whoever does there RNS’s needs a lesson in capturing investors excitement as it’s hardly exciting when in theory it actually is positive news.
This is a big deal, hopefully this will be proof industry needs that this is best DMS solution in town !
Also lets hope SEE piggy back on this industry win as its no secret we have teamed up with Magna on the mirror. PR & comms team please go to work & get the news out there

AURORA, Ontario, April 30, 2024 – Magna was named a 2024 Automotive News PACE Award winner and received multiple PACEpilot Innovation to Watch recognitions at the awards ceremony on April 29th. The prestigious PACE Award recognizes automotive suppliers for superior innovation, technological advancement, and business performance, while the PACEpilot acknowledges post-pilot, pre-commercial innovations in the automotive and future mobility space. Magna was the only company to receive both a PACE Award and multiple PACEpilot Innovation to Watch recognitions.
Magna’s Integrated Driver & Occupant Monitoring System, an industry-first solution that integrates an intelligent camera system into the interior mirror to actively detect, predict and react to distracted driving, was one of 13 PACE Award winners out of 33 finalists. Within the mirror is a high‐resolution camera, infrared emitters, and electronic control unit, while advanced software monitors the movement of the driver’s head, eyes and body in real time to detect distracted behavior, drowsiness and fatigue.

EcoSphere will be production-ready in 2025 to boost sustainability by reducing the number of seats that end up in landfills.
Magna’s Modular & Scalable Active Grille Shutter Assembly is an innovative and cost-effective solution that can be easily adapted to many vehicles using only about seven common parts to create up to 90 grille shutter variations. Magna produces nearly 3 million Active Grille Shutters annually and the aero product suite has already contributed to a CO2 reduction of over 6 million metric tons since 2015.
"We are proud to be recognized with these prestigious accolades, affirming Magna's ongoing commitment to driving innovation and raising the industry's benchmark,” said Eric Wilds, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Magna. “This is a testament to the hard work and creativity of our committed team, who continuously strive to develop new solutions that prioritize safety, sustainability, and efficiency in the automotive industry.
