I see that’s why Ella was so quiet… creating yet another account on top of all the others. I’ve asked LSE to investigate this blatant disregard of their policies.

All they get is the Kalaba Plant and the chance to apply for the original 8km square exploration / mining licence (plus the cash and options) as I understand it. I’m sure they will be straight back in touch with Jubilee Metals to have someone process the ore for them. It will be interesting to see if Colin Bird gets a reprieve or not, now the court cases have been dropped!

I guess that depends what you define as near term but considering we were at 8p less than a year ago, in anticipation of a deal being done with AA and we are now in talks with more than one major, I’d say 7-8p is as good a guess as any.

We have to churn through the traders this morning making a very healthy 20%. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see further rise during the day once they’ve been cycled through. Anyway things looking much rosier than last week. Good to see some positive sentiment return.

Let’s hope so @apro, as the source of all the negativity hasn’t posted since the outpouring of rubbish just before trading started, my guess would be that they have now bought into ARCM (at a considerably higher price than 1.6p!). Either that our they have been suspended for posting rubbish from multiple accounts.

Hopefully a new phase for the company will also include a return to some kind of normality for this message board as well. Over the last year we have been starved of any real news flow and pretty much every post has ended up being dominated by our resident 'concerned' non-investor. Any attempt to contribute meaningful discussion or insight has quickly been buried under a pile of spin, half truths and downright lies, with the inevitable counter attacks. Which of course is the intention.

With the potential for a deal to be announced at any point after the legals are finalised I think it's inevitable that the SP will soon reflect that. l'm probably wasting my breath but how about trying to return this board to the way it was previously, somewhere to find and share information, rather than the battleground it has become. I've no doubt that Ella and his various alter egos will continue to post but we don't have to respond to it. In the end whatever any of us type here will matter not a jot to the eventual outcome so why not just filter the noise and we can return to balanced discussion.

Judging by the latest news from Ukraine we might equally see a general crash in the markets come Monday... who knows! Biden seems convinced that it isn't just brinksmanship by Putin.

Jeremiah you seem to be forgetting about the Cheyeza East oxides which are at least as good if not better than Kalaba. In the last Investor Call last year Nick said they had already had interest from potential funding sources to get that up and running. It does make me wonder if the Australian investor (Ian Gandel maybe?) we are supposedly in talks with might be looking at that as part of any potential investment.

Personally I’m expecting to see a very rapid rise in SP on Monday, there isn’t a lot of liquidity around and ANY buying (or selling) has triggered large movements in the SP as we have seen recently. Speculation that a deal may be announced shortly after the legalities are finalised will likely drive the price up. Also MM/BC wouldn’t have asked for share options if they weren’t convinced that it was a good deal… they would have been after cash only.

Ella (AKA CUNextYear) reminds me greatly of the Scottish midge, pick, pick, picking away at any exposed flesh until it becomes unbearable. Best filtered if you can’t bring yourself to ignore them. They will lie to your face because that’s how they make their money. They have no morals.
