Karl, a placing is nailed on. Some warrants may get cashed but 500 k left so £800 k gone since begining of October. Which is over £300 k pm . Gives a good basic cost for projecting forwards. The idea that warrants will be cashed on mass for funding purposes is hopeful imv. Best to get a funding in during the current excitement because share price can fall back quickly when there is no news.

Imp, trading is really the best way to protect yourself on aim. Getting free shares rather than burying new money is wise and infinitely more fun. Currently buying back bit miners. C f, here is a recent deal that gives a bit of comparison value.

Bob you won’t be holding mark shares in a month. More likely 2-3 months. A lot of action can happen in 3 months. Crypto is entering alt coin banana zone and bigger gains likely over this year than 3 years of holding this imv. Obvs dyor and not a common view but that’s where I am at .

Mtl do seem to be a decent pitch, and if you wanted production the giveaway price is the trade off that a huge dilution in Cnr would have dealt.

Broom. I sold some asap on Mon morning. Still letting some go around 29 p. My rationale is I want to put somewhere where it will hopefully increase now. This payout won’t give shares or cash for about another 3 months which is a long time where I want to put it.

My other thought is, trying to value Cnr I tried to use comparison to give a reasonable expectation for deal.

So for the combined m tlc r. Cnr goes into production roughly when mark runs out. So it stays around 100/120 m production. For me I used Shg sale for my comparison and will again. 100 k oz production with also almost 2 m oz v high grade resource in Kenya. Sale price £150 m . I don’t personally see too much upside here but possible downside. The grades could well fall lower the closet rot the end etc. gold also May yet fall back between now and q1 2027. Mil do has had a very good rise over the last few years but will run out of legs imv and if their do drops considerably, Cnr holders could lose out twice. Not really interested in another 2/3 year gamble .

123, got 32, 30 and 28 p on Monday morning and ok with that. It’s now working elsewhere.. still plenty of time to bring a bit back yet if it works right.

Q1 2027. I guess the best way to view this poor value deal is that for Cnr to fund the build was going to involve a mass dilution anyway which many tried denying before Mellon confirmed why they couldn’t build the mine. So what we have is a mass dilution to build the mine with other assets thrown in and a mine that will run out of gas around then. The real problem is peoples unrealistic expectations here for a long time.

Having just watched the vid I think ceo does seem credible but there are more risks than if it was calibre but this is the deal being offered. Good luck and hope everybody’s choices reward them.

Slipperry, during this process many made much of the fluff of 10 ndas 5 non binders but the two obvious things were only 3 site visits and mc reward package reduction to 40 p. Until the last couple of months the numbers didn’t change, why was a Chinese offer mentioned and two site visits when this deal was all but done?

I said that eventually Mellon was going to turn up with an offer and say it was the best available and most would be disappointed. Somewhat ironic that it has taken longer to sell the project at cost than it would to have built it. Maybe jimbos 150 k oz prediction will only be 4 years late.

Maybe holders will see the benefit, maybe not. Maybe 3.93 😜.
