Mtl have been going longer even than Cnr and although their so has done well recently their share price is not much higher than it was in 2004. 20 years to make a £95 m company. Calibre under Newmarket team have made a $2 b company in not too much more time than we have wasted on this pathetic sale. Not fancying more jam personally.

Rob, I am happy currently 50% up and our 6 little holes on target so far and sp looking firm. There will be a raise before end of jan but our 1 m oz estimate will hopefully push the share price higher.😜

Whatever way you look at it things are improving. Gives people a better exit if they want to. Personally , if this clears 7 p I will look to sell some for sure and then see what gives.

Yv00, exactly, bit of a gamble. Mtl shares have risen well over the year but this could change. I don’t mind letting some roll to the deal . Depends how close our sp gets to the 33 p. Clear of 30 p and I am out with a decent profit and no jam tomorrow scenario. Mtl will be subject to any trump actions against nica and they could make sleepy joes look friendly.

Said it many times, it is posters rather than mc that have made the most over optimistic forecasts and it turns out even the resident de ramper was over optimistic. I would like a bit more out but prepared to leave some to run and see how it goes. Bitcoin crashed through 100 k and alts pumping their heads off I don’t really see much incentive for too much jam tomorrow. The jam can easily turn sour as we see currently . Does anybody know if there is any restrictions on selling mtl shares apart from the obvious wait for deal finality. I may well wait it out till then and Hope mark share fare ok.

Hi willow. Yes Beaty departing raised my caution levels. I can’t see another offer now tbh. A lot of lessons to be learnt from this for peeps. It may turn out to be ok in the long run but I prefer to get out and put the cash into something better. Would like the so to get near the offer valuation to finish getting out.

Kkk, this is the third time during the sale process I have sold . Still holding more than half . Had some trouble selling to begin with on Monday morning but got some gone at 32 30 and 28 p. My average close to yours but not interested in this deal. I would like a chance to sell some more around 30 p. Don’t mind hanging on to a few but unlike calibre I see this as more risky and low reward.

The Cooperation Agreement records the intention of MTL and Condor Gold to implement the Offer by way of the Scheme, subject to MTL's right to switch to a Takeover Offer in certain circumstances.

The Cooperation Agreement may be terminated with immediate effect in the following circumstances, among others:

(i) if MTL and Condor Gold so agree in writing;

(ii) if the Offer is, with the permission of the Panel, withdrawn or lapses in accordance with its terms on or prior to the Long Stop Date (other than in certain circumstances specified in the Cooperation Agreement);

(iii) the Condor Gold Board (i) withdraws or adversely modifies the Condor Gold Board recommendation, (ii) recommends a competing proposal, or (iii) makes a statement in relation to its intention to do so;

(iv) upon notice by either party to the other if: (i) a Condor Gold Board Adverse Recommendation Change occurs (as defined in the Cooperation Agreement (ii) a competing proposal is announced which the Condor Gold Board has recommended or has noted its intention to recommend; or (iii) Condor Gold announces that it or any member of the Wider Condor Gold Group has entered into one or more legally binding agreements to effect a competing proposal;

(v) if Scheme Shareholders vote at the Court Meeting and such vote does not achieve the requisite majorities for the Scheme to be approved or Condor Gold Shareholders vote on the Condor Gold Resolution(s) at the Condor Gold General Meeting and any such vote does not achieve the requisite majority(ies) for the resolution(s) being voted on to be passed or the Court refuses to sanction the Scheme;
