Dr, I factored in all the disclosed warrants since fundraise in December. Including the block raise. I don’t get it unless there are some yet to be rnsd. Going from the previous raisings and burn I was expecting much less in the kitty. Certainly not more than we have raised. If we have $2.2 m usd that is good, I just am not seeing how. If anybody else keeps track of the burn would be interested what they come up with.

Perhaps the chuckle brothers can elaborate rather than keep on their juvenile attack posting.

I have no problem with risk at all hence my big crypto exposure. However holding 40 p down to 2.5 isn’t my idea of risk management. Happy with my 3.7 p average and although you state you cannot trade Omi because of the spread I sell at 9 and 9.5 p easily and rebuy at 7.5 and 7 p easily and now looks like I can add sun 6 p. That’s about 25% more shares than I sold. Even a simpleton can see that makes sense . Not if your name is Karl obviously.

Hi Wierd stalker boy. My average was .90 and have dumped most of them at 53 p not great but you win some and lose some. It was a small holding but obviously would have been better to avoid. If I was the hindsight trader you allege I would just say I had sold. Even with an average of 3.7 here I was down nearly the same after you advised buying in mid 4”s .

Something is confusing me here.

We raised £1.25 m and had $500 k remaining in dec. there were around £109 k costs attached as stated in 30 dec rns.

£1.15 gives $ 1.4300 we had $500k left giving 1.93000

Converted warrants $283493 giving 2,144,930

Not understanding how we have £2.2 m currently 6 weeks later. Sure there must be an answer ??

No imminent raise agreed . We can see $1 m Canadian spent in 5 weeks since last raise. Previous raises have been carried out at £500 k left which is prudent . £500 equates to $ 900k Canadian so $ 1.3 m runway which in my view equates to 6 weeks possibly 8 at a stretch which lines up with my expectation of a raise end of march . Could be mid march.

Pedro, ok I was quoting from memory. I switched some from Cnr to calibre at $1.25 and they halved but granted they were around $1 and dropped straight down to low 60s which was half for me but still close to 40% drop. Cnr dropped more than 50% but partly due to cash raising.

Being pernickety over the% is ok but make no mistake , it can happen here. Hopefully not. La India should be transformational for Mtl and former Cnr holders without problems.

Personally, the deal was close to my expectations except the slightly onerous cvr’s. Project is in better hands than Cnr. I think that nica may well be a drag on Mtl share price until nearer production. Mtl sp has dropped 10.6 % over the week and static over the month . My other goldies are generally up over this period. What is your view on that. Cnr holders selling?

I havnt written my Omi shares off at all, I really do not post that much here. Much less than yourself . I just have a problem with peeps giving false hopes.

Early doors are when we are likely to get good gains but I don’t believe in giving baseless predictions. I may well increase here although I won’t be looking to you , weirdo stalker boy or Karl for advice.

Belying the silly hindsight nonsense , I re bought my 9 and 9.5 p shares at 7.5 , mostly 7 and a few sub 7 p. Clearly I could have waited for 6.5 and likely sub 6 p . I may well be tempted sub 6 p to add tho! Always have to bear in mind any upcoming cash raise of course. IMO that likely around April, maybe earlier.

Learner, Nica is calibre. V cheap assets that have funded diversification. It is the diversification that has helped the share price imv but cheap higher risk assets produce the same gold so as long as there are no geo political issues makes for good bottom line.

I swapped some out of Cnr into calibre when the Newmarket team took over and got b2 assets. Calibre team are a level up from Mtl and got two working mines so hit the ground running and diversified to safe jurisdictions.

As I said, calibre share price halved after sanctions announcement . They Havnt been applied yet ! So deffo risk here. Same thing can happen here.

For Cnr to go to the production Mellon referred to would have taken a massive dilution pretty much like the debate able undersell on Cnr . Having an income stream is good . Won’t surprise me if there is a need at some point to raise tho but let’s see.

Dr, yes continental are replicating their previous success. Their recent raise was circa $45 m and the majority of that will actually be put in the ground. Omi recently raised £1.25 m and. How much of that will be transferred into the ground with costs of £200 k p m general expenses.

Omi burnt their previous 850 in 2.5 months and didn’t start drilling till mid oct. We are 1 month in now . How much cash goes into the drill is very important factor and being able to raise serious ammounts of cash. Just taking the Christmas period of no action is painful when operating on such small cash.

Interesting post from ageos who has also poured cold water on overhopeful forecasts for maiden resource estimates. Breaktwister mentions quick resource estimate and extraction but goes defensive when asked to expand on this claim. Best to keep things factual. Not long ago forcast of 20-30 p were made for jan/feb by regular poster.

Forecasting share price etc is lottery, the only thing that is easy to predict is roughly when a raise is due although many here cannot even do that and prefer to make over optimistic predictions for whatever reason. Dr there was never going to be a 1 m estimate in jan and nothing the company said supported that claim. Nearly time for your 1 month sabbatical and let your stalker clone carry the torch!

Learner. Calibre shares halved on announcement of the sanctions re gold just like Cnr. Agreed it hasn’t affected their production but they have expanded outside of Nica to mitigate risk into us and Canada . Those sanctions as yet have not been implemented.

I am sure that most former cnr holders will get won over by share price appreciation so let’s see how it goes. Most wanted production. And agree that their ire should be directed at the bod that Many idolised not unlike Mtl holders now. Things are finally progressing so my view is to see how it goes. For me it is just another holding and will come and go when it seems sensible and have no particular loyalty to shares.

Pedro, tbh most Cnr holders saw no risk and only upside. That is why they are so peeved now. Unfortunately in this market only looking at positives can be very painful. Peeps who post positive always post as if their predictions are fact. Many things affect miners . I bought newmont 10 months ago, was up around 60% and now that has disappeared completely. I did bail in many of my producers including nm 3 /4 months ago so minimised shrinking gains. But nothing is guaranteed.

It is fact that Cnr is better going forward as Mtl than if cnr had managed to raise finance to build a mine. Was obvious to me that it was impossible for them to raise it but there weee all manner of fanciful predictions how Cnr could fund the build without massive dilution.

A well known phrase, past performance is no guarantee going forward needs baring n mind. Mtl 5 year performance is good but taken in context that it was on its knees previously which left a lot of potential upside that co incited with a big rise in gold.

Today we see mad trump waving sanctions around at Colombia because of a couple of planes of migrants. Nicaragua is far more vulnerable. The last sanctions that Biden brought in halved the share price of Cnr and calibre and they weren’t even enforced. They were in response to migration and aimed at the gold industry.

I noted a foolish idea mooted here that mr candy could get trump to be nice on Nica to benefit a £60 m asset. Foolish nonsense. I sold Cnr twice on geo politicals an re bought at 50% discount. Same could easily happen here.

It is however time to move on for Cnr holders. Calibre would have been a better partner for sure but we are where we are. Stick or twist. For me I will make do with cvr’s and stick the cash elsewhere and see how it goes here but never good idea to be too attached imv
