I think there is a bit too much slack in the economy for competitors to pick up Mouchel as a single entity. The rivals will want to cherry pick. The managers I would think have a responsibly in that case to price this assets as growth assets, and not as fire-sale assets. Mouchel has a good name. It, it's staff, and the shareholders do not deserve this. Management have a lot to answer for, and repent.

I would imagine a lot of people bought into this stock on the basis that a Rothschild was at the helm. I would invest if Onassis were a player here, but not a Rothschild. Why? Because he's a superior wheeler-dealer. Just the kind of character to deal with Indonesia, and he hasn't the baggage of a classical education.

A very amusing name.But doubtful on its appropriateness at a time and on a board where investors are suffering considerable paper losses. A bit more sympathy with your investing peers may be warranted. However, I am a newbie here, so I cannot honesty criticize or condemn anyone who can make money out of these crazy market gyrations. But do it discreetly and less hurtfully.
