if GP jersey were serious about block energy and really believed in it, they would hold far more than 5% of the stock - they would be backing the truck up at these prices. They are trying to change things the way they want them - perhaps they should have gone public and stated their reasons, with factual evidence backing it up and then the rest of us shareholders could have given the a fair hearing and even supported them.

As they have been harrassing the board for years under the cloak and dagger approach, then the they will never be believed.

All i had to do was tell them the name of the company, the date of the meeting and my decisions on the resolutions. Which i have voted against both.
