now the letter from the shareholder group says it isn't going to stick to that bit and allow any audit company to be considered and that it will be paid for by the group ...... this clearly renders the resolution invalid as you cannot vote on something that has been indicated that it may not be adhered to post vote.

the concerned shareholders talk of standards and transparency, yet they cannot even stick to their own resolution criteria.

yet the so called concerned shareholders are demanding that the independence be limited to their choices of investigators only. They also state they will pay - but the resolution states the board must commission the independent investigation.

The concerned shareholders cannot expect to be seen as concerned, when they cannot be trusted to stick to their own resolutions and that they are changing the goal posts to try to suit whatever is being said, just to win influence in the company.

they need to sell up and clear off, instead of endlessly meddling because they are too dumb to trade the stock - some of us have booked good profits here and have substantial holdings - so clearly frazer and co, aren't too good at this are they.

vote these liars down - they aren't even standing by what they have said in the resolution

the resolution quite clearly states....

For the purpose of carrying out such independent forensic investigation the Board shall retain one of the following firms: Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young [sic] and/or KPMG.

If the so called shareholder group are changing this aspect of the resolution to include any one else, then the resolution put forward to vote on is invalid and must be withdrawn and amended.

The resolution doesn't make provision for any one else - so they are contradicting themselves - this resolution is no longer valid as they have indicated in their letter that they are willing to deviate from the resolution anyway.

they are only interested in tying up the managements time on this pointless exercise, which detracts them from operational focus. That then delays the operational progress and they hope that shareholders lose interest and sell up - they are trying to play a long game.
