always worth remembering - forest nominees/alistair ferguson and fitzpatrick all own stock in scirrocco energy - which was solo.

back in 2017 solo hit 7p a share - ferguson took over in mid 2018 and the stock was down to 2.35p - it is now scirrocco and the share price is down again today at 0.87p a share at the mid. That is down 62% from the price when ferguson took over and 87% down from the highs of 2017.

you think backing the concerned group would be any better for holders - i doubt it.

as expected the so called concerned group have latched onto the retraction of some wording like a defeatist clutches at straws.

the reasons why someone decides to hand in their notice and leave a company is solely down to the individual concerned. Unless those individuals concerned are going to go on record and state why they quit, then everything else is supposition and assumptions - in other words, irrelevant.

these so called concerned holders are doing nothing more than bedwetting because they are underwater and upset because they cannot get their own way, as they have done at other companies - whose shareprices and balance sheets don't appear to have benefitted - show me one that has please.

they are full of it and only interested in getting their hands on the reigns to get the cash to compensate for the underwater position they are in.

trouble is....they will twist any outcomes or findings to suit their agenda, which would be to discredit the board and push for their removal, with them taking over, despite what they say now.

The concerned group put forward the resolution and then changed the dynamics of it in their letters that they keep publishing.

They have now backed theirselves into a corner, whereby if they vote for the resolution, then what they have said in the letters that contradicts the resolution, will again be contradicted in itself, by them casting a for vote.

what does make me laugh, is that the concerned group could have had a chance, if they had been open about contacting the company on these boards and with other holders years ago, but instead they chose the cloak and dagger approach, thinking that they are some sort of big shots.

they stuck their noses up and ignored us all for years, whilst pestering the company behind the scenes and now, when they have failed miserably, they want us to help them out.

no chance , because the shareholder group, that never actually invited those on this board into it at the beginning, suddenly come begging to get their own way. We know where it would end up - once they had got what they wanted, those of us on this board would be cast off like unwanted guests in a heartbeat.

we are seen as mere amateur retail investors and treated with contempt, by those with daddy's money or those that manage others money.

they are to be voted down and then perhaps they will sell up and move on.

so, they aren't even going to back their own resolution now -they realise their mistake and want it to be voted down to save face. They are willing for it to be withdrawn - well withdraw it then - actions speak louder than words - crack on -then we will believe you are as good as your word

they have moved the goal posts on the resolution - without withdrawing and amending - their choice, their mistake - resolution is invalid now.

I suspect that they have given GP every chance to withdraw the resolution as it is effectively invalid now - you cannot vote for something that you know is not going to be implemented by the very people proposing it - they have changed their story and cannot be trusted.

Block have probably waited until today to publish that, after pointing it out to frazer and co, that they are asking people to vote on something they have already said they will change - clearly they are still refusing to withdraw it - that would be the only thing that frazer can do, to save some face in the market.

in other words -vote against or you will be voting for the company to pay for the audit
