they should really highlight the fact that we have a route to market for gas more than they do, which wasn't there before feb 2021 and how it has removed the largest hurdle to opening up the revenue taps. They could allude to how this work, has changed the dynamic of the business completely.

it is worth noting that from listing in June 2018, until feb 2021 - the company has been held back due to the inability to flare or sell gas - this issue has been overcome with the EPF, Gathering line and bago pipeline connectivity and is probably the single most important piece of work done to date.

Gas sales commenced in February 2021, following the tie-in of the Bago LLC gas pipeline into the main pipeline owned by the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation. The commencement of gas sales represents the culmination of a considerable work programme undertaken by Block, which included the construction and commissioning of the EPF and gas gathering line.

Sensitivity analysis performed indicated that a decline in oil prices of more than 10%, together with a scenario where well WR-B1a does not produce oil and gas revenues, gives rise to a cash shortage from June 2022, resulting in the need for additional funding

The two-well programme is progressing. and we expect to announce the results of testing the first well shortly.

Currently, 16 fields are being developed in Georgia, including 15 oil fields and 1 gas-condensate
field: Eastern Chaladidi, Supsa, Shromisubani, Norio, Satskhenisi, Samgori-PatardzeuliNinotsminda, Samgori South Dome, Teleti, West Rustavi, Mtsarekhevi, Baida, Taribani, Mirzaani, Patara Shiraki, Nazarlebi, Rustavi (gas condensate).

Before the pandemic the plans of the closest period envisaged making comparatively more investments in gas exploration and production works and facilitate the activation of geological-exploration works on the territories of Georgia with gas bearing potential. Therefore, following the economic recovery and relevant works carried out afterwards, gas production may be significantly increased in Georgia in future, if the exploration results confirm at least one of the forecast resource data out of prospective areas.
