yes I was surprised no SP impact given their sizes. I don't understand sells at these prices. The company seem poised to be a stable profitable company which is a rarity on aim. There clearly isn't the excitement and interest but the fundamentals seem solid so not sure I understand some of the negativity. Hope I'm not missing something obvious.

Agreed. I did think that but wonder if that value will only be reflected once we see the numbers in real profit etc.

With the new shares (225m), the market cap is about 5m less that when the price was set at 9.8p so in reality we are not to far from the original mcap. The price now seems to reflect the same value just before the review news was expected. Unfortunately for those of us that got in at 9p ish we have suffered the re-rate based on new share issue and 10m cash spent. In hindsight a school boy error...

NP. Someone else ( I cant remember who) questioned this and although (like you) I felt the RNS was clear it did put some doubt in my mind so I queried this with the Co and they confirmed.

There was a question raised a while back about the number of shares for acquisition and if this could change with the SP decline. I also had a concern around this but it has been confirmed this price and the agreement are fixed so we should at the very least not see a greater issue of shares.

Dropping out left right and center here. This compared to so many AIM stocks seems so much more secure in terms of revenue today and long term. Really cant understand the decline here. If the prospect of a divi is true again I am surprised there isn't a flurry of investment here.

Its still seems very strange to me that the bondholders would have given up their preferential position without knowing there was some hope for the business to make a go of it. If they honestly felt the business would fail two months after the D4E deal then they would have had a better chance getting something from insolvency when they were still bond holders. Unless AVN didn't have to provide this insight for the deal and the bondholders took the option expecting a far better situation to follow...

agreed, fingers crossed it's not number 3. I've seen a few of these over the years and in each case the Shareholders do get royally screwed and it appears in retrospect the build up to those events are mainly planned to benefit the bondholders or last minute funders. Yet here I am leaving my money in on the hope that number 1 on your list is true.

if someone on the sidelines did want the assets it would seem more sensible to get in now and guarantee the deal rather than wait and chance losing out entirely. I don't know enough about the competition to know if there would be any real competition when trying to get hold of what remains so they may just be waiting on the sidelines to get everything super cheap....

If all the bondholders have had their bonds swapped for equity are they not in the same boat as us? after the sale of any assets and payment of remaining creditors I assume there will be nothing left for d4e bondholders as with us ?

looking through the RNS again you have to wonder how much can really be done between now and the end of June to raise the best part of 100m. Unless they already have agreements in principle you have to assume this is unlikely. I will look back at this message and regret not pulling what remains of my money out of this...

avg down at these prices but with little news on the horizon this could drift down for some time I guess..

the company is probably in the best state it has ever been yet the SP is at a 4 year low. I guess the "buy the rumour sell the news " saying still holds true.
