What's the below going to cost and how will it be paid for ?

A minimum work programme obligation of one exploration well plus seismic reprocessing to be completed in the first 2 years of the assignment following the Presidential Decree.

I'm not suggesting the change in SP is confined to the day of issue. As you say that would be nice and we would all be making a killing. But when the share issue is priced in to the mkcap is pure guess work. I hope your right and it is priced in, but based on current movement it doesn't look like it.

has been hovering around £48m so assuming that continues to be the base market value the new shares would bring the price down to approx 5.2p which would also be consistent with the year low.

or so and we will know the impact of the final tranche of shares. I'm looking to buy some more but holding off and waiting until early Jan, By then we should no if the final issue is already priced in.

good to see examples and definitely gives food for thought. I am hoping (expecting) that the more the world see real life use cases for block-chain applications, we will see a steady increase in this space for .luxe and this could be a game changer. Time will tell. Also seeing Henry Turcan continued buying at these prices suggests there is a wider belief on the future value which adds some confidence (in my eyes at least)

Hopefully you are correct on the market already factoring the 925m shares in the current SP as this to me is the single biggest risk I see to the current SP in the near future.

if ICM EBITDA was around $4M and it sold for 41m isn't a better barometer of PE 10x EBITDA ? Assuming ICM carried with it a discount due to the types of domain, MMX now carry this as well to some degree .

What was ICM's ebitda when we paid $41m for them ?

agreed you would have to assume the statement was made having reviewed the figures at this stage of the year and the projections are all in line with expectations. Good news all round..

showing good steady progress and clearly getting recognition in the right circles. This will be a slow steady burner that will yield good results going forwards imo.

in the 26th November RNS they mentioned that year end results are still inline with expectations announced in the 4th October update.

you can never assume someone knows best, but definitely a positive to see L+C acquiring. They can clearly see value for the future which helps to reinforce our own opinions.

I agree. the two have to be connected..Hopefully we can get back to at least where we were..

bid and ask are reported correctly at the time of the trade the 14m would be a buy wouldn't it..

with the AIM is that logic doesn't always rule. The lower we go the harder it always seems to recover. As long as the current business plan continues and the divi comes to fruition we should be ok. The divi is key to recouping losses from my perspective but that's probably a year away. Hopefully sooner...

Any rumour of offer will push the price up IMO. So not sure how that would work. An offer of say 6 6.5 would see the price there very quickly. Any offer would need to be 7-8 ish to temp anyone.. surely.

not that they can do much but looking for some re-assurance that they know of no reason for a 25% decline in 3 days.

getting slammed at the moment. 20% down in 3 days. Someone is consolidating and wiping the SP. Unfortunately with such low volume trading in place, this is the result. Can only hope that some IIs can see the value here and start getting involved.

current Mcap based on 925m shares (includes the second tranche to come in Jan) at 5.4p is approx £50m or $66m. ICM was valued and sold for $30m so todays SP is valuing MMX at $36m if you dont include ICM value. ICM came on board with net profit of $3.5m and MMX had a similar number for y/e 2017.

So is a $66m mcap reasonable? I am no accountant so keen to understand other views on how wrong ive got the above ?

If imToken have 4m wallets and that equates to a wallet per person (not sure if that's correct?) and 2% (80k) of those wallet holders decide to buy a theirname.luxe extension at $22 a reg that's a healthy return. Lots of ifs but this has real potential. Anyone know the distribution of a $22 dollar reg. how much to mmx take etc ?
