I see sense in that red. It tells me that the reason is not in phe's court, but something at the Australian end.
Going to be lots for a number of people to digest and agree to I'd imagine along the way to any final order so no panic from me.
Like you say, until process validation there would not appear to be too much that phe could progress with and "sell them".
Looking at everything though, I think the NH deal will ultimately be completed with phe doing pretty much what has been stated. FEED etc etc etc with monies being paid to Engsolve Then licence royalties further down the pipeline providing a steady income to phe.
As for who will produce the full size kilns I've no idea, don't think for a minute it's something phe will ever end up attempting/doing through Engsolve.
There will be a number of kiln makers I'm sure who are already well placed to take on any potential orders from NH at whatvwill be the most cost effective route for them.
No need for phe to get involved with costly manufacturing etc, validate the process, prove the tech, agree licence terms then grow market cap through the revenues.
