Subject: Alderley Park Rapid Test Study
Dear Christian
Please forgive this unsolicited email, but I had occasion to meet you at Alderley Park on Wednesday and wanted to share with you an amusing script, borne out of Wednesday's event.
Just to jog your memory, myself (in red jacket), alongside 'Robbo', attended the event at around 3pm on Wednesday. We were the two rather desperate and dissapointed attendees who arrived just as you had run out of tests to administer. As I explained to you, we are investors in Avacta and were, in a way, representing many investors who frequent the Avacta LSE chatboard. Our attendance at the event generated quite a lot of excitement on the chatboard, leading to a quite colourful dialogue on there throughout the day. It occured to me that you may find this script amusing, as you feature as the lead character to a large extent. I've attached a word document with the full script. You have to start at the bottom and work your way to the top.
Being aware of the sensetivities and confidentialities surrounding the event, I can assure you that the contributions to the LSE chatboard were fun in nature; and any assertions made that the Avacta antigen test was the subject of the usability study were just wild speculation on my part, in the main due to the very professional, descrete and impressive manner you displayed when 'batting off' my probing questions.
That said, you would make a lot of Avacta shareholders extremely happy, if you could find it within yourself to share with us a copy of the usability study questionaire. It would inform our research significantly, as we noted the low usabilty score for the Mologic antigen test (57/100) in the FIND S&S study and are very keen to understand the approach taken when assessing usability. I hope you agree that this information would not be regarded as confidential, since it was freely available at the event and read by many attendees and you would in no way be acknowledging that Avacta had anything to do with the study. And, just to push my luck a bit, could you possibly share with us the number of attendees you were able to attract to the event over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday?
You were kind enough to take my contact details on the day, with a view to inviting me to the next usability study. I hope the possibilty of such an invite still exists, despite my sleuth like activities on Wednesday :-). And, by the way, if you do "need the numbers" as you stated on Wednesday, I can gaurantee you about 500 Avacta shareholders at your next event to get things off to a good start.
Many thanks and kind regards
