I’ve been quizzing the guy on the door, from Medusa. He wouldn’t tell me what the test is, but started laughing when I told him “I know it’s the Avacta test, coz Medusa don’t have another antigen”. He kind of gave me the nod and said “Look, you obviously know your stuff, all I’ll say is the study has gone very well”, with a big smile on his face. He actually asked me for my contact details and said he’d contact me for the next study. Oh, there were two ladies taking the last two tests available. I said to the guy “offer her £20 to let me take it instead”. He just started laughing.

You'd think they'd put a bloody post code on it. Anyway SK10 4TF, on my way. Will try to report back live ha ha (and alive).

The performance of the test is very similar for all the variants tested. No significant drop-off has been detected and all clinical studies have been done on “all comers” with no pre-selection of particular variants.

Completely agree Dumble. I always thought this licensing reagents to govt to be a bit of a red herring. The govt will just buy the completed test.

A spread bet is a decent alternative DaProphet...no currency conversion involved. I've held/hold a number of US stocks via spread bet / CFD (Moderna, Co-Diagnostics etc). You pay slightly more on the spread, but save on transaction fees and currency conversion.

Oh, and get your inflation rate sorted out over there, it's hammering our stock market here!
