Regardless of whether Medusa19 manufacture, or not, it's good news if they will be selling the tests from end of September. It means that GAS/ABDX will be knocking out sufficient numbers by then to make it viable for Medusa19 to move to a full on sales drive (no point doing it now, if manufacturing output not up to it). I suspect TT completion at ABDX imminent, hence increased output by end of September. Also ties in with AS delaying update until end of September (or slightly beyond), since by that time he will be able to share some positive news on the LFT front.

I posted some stats on here a few weeks back re: Jupiter's shorting history. They get it wrong 45% of the time, so it's a almost a toss of a coin as to whether it was a wise short, or not. There's a lot of experienced posters on here that know a lot more about Avacta than a bunch of suits sat around a Jupiter office desk. It's damaged sentiment a little, but at some point they will need to close, which will have the opposite positive effect on sentiment. The short already priced in here.

Interesting to see what happens to EUA for Innova nd Orient Gene. Their EUA's both run out this weekend (28 Aug), but the new legislation seems to give Javid the authority to use whatever test he likes, so might not even need to extend EUA.

This government just makes my blood boil. They have a perfectly good antibody test available from Abingdon/Omega, which these companies put considerable effort into developing on the governments behalf. Then they decide they don't want them anymore, having taken a small initial order last year. Then they take delivery, but don't pay the £7m to Abingdon that they owe (having used the tests and cleared payment back in January). Now they order £124m worth of AB tests from a startup company...Thriva, whose tests have to be sent off to a laboratory.

We may be in with a chance of AB orders from the govt after the Abingdon court case concludes in December, but they won't order any before that case is resolved. Either way, I hate these lying, conniving, corrupt bunch of tory bar stewards. They've shafted the UK diagnostics industry at every turn.

Presumably @Sang, the PK analysis will tell us if AVA6k found it's target and achieved release of active chemo.
If it's released at the tumor site, the already efficacious Doxorubicin will do it's job.
Reductions in toxicity in other organs will be very apparent I'd imagine.

You know very well, regardless of Avacta's earnings in this current financial year, the SP will rerate dramatically on the merest whiff of positive AVA6000 news. What's the forward earnings potential of a dramatically improved chemotherapy treatment? Quite a big number, I would imagine.
