I've noticed NISA Education are really plugging LaunchMyCareer on LinkedIn...several posts per day this week. Things are ramping up over there. Very impressive looking presentationally too:

Also, the follower count on LinkedIn for LaunchMyCareer is steadily creeping up. It's increased by 200 in the last couple of days (now 11,458). If that's an indication of students signing up, then all bodes.

Wow! Even if we hit 10% of that target, that’s £60mil revenue! Big numbers. Where did you dig that info from Barnard?

Seems like we're active in the right geographical location.

Nvidia:
"For now, few people even have VR gear, and the metaverse concept would have to overcome concerns about privacy and — for some — a certain creepiness. But it has a big believer in one key corner: the largest maker of video-game chips, which says the metaverse is closer than we think and potentially the next gold mine for technology."
Byju goes for a IPO next year with a reported possible valuation of $40-$50 Billion…..one can but dream, hold and cross everything! 40s, 50s, 60s coming? Answers on a postcard.
Note: Dev Clever's immersive careers platform is the only thing missing from Byju's portfolio of EdTech offerings.
Will he spend two years re-inventing the wheel, or will he get out his cheque book.
Last week we saw an orchestrated shorting attack on Dev Clever by an ill-informed TW and city pals, misrepresenting certain aspects of Dev Clever’s business. Well, from today’s price action, it looks like they’re running out of ammo after a valiant defence by our loyal patrons CA, RJ and others. Hopefully, we can now look forward to those same city spivs having to buy back the borrowed shares they sold last week.
In terms of SP direction, I’ve noticed that MM’s seem to give more weight to 10 individuals selling £100k shares between them, than 1 individual buying over £1million worth of shares (as happened at lunchtime today). I suppose it makes sense in a way, because it’s like 10 people being bearish versus one person being bullish, despite the values involved.
My largest single upper-limit buy order was approx £80k. It got executed and showed up as a delayed publication a few hours later. At the time, I was really surprised that the SP didn’t budge at the time my buy order went through. I dare say, if I’d have drip fed that £80k in, the SP would have increased as the smaller transactions went through.
One thing is for sure though, the individual buying £1million worth of shares today, hasn’t done so as a punt. The larger share holders here, the likes of Chris Ackers et al, will have a better idea of the company progress and prospects, than smaller shareholders. Not suggesting any information leakage here, but there are perfectly legal, subtle forms of communication that can give the listener the general direction of travel.

A couple of confident buys from yesterday. Spread at the time was 34 / 34.5.
Arvind Kejriwal launches programme to provide career guidance to Delhi govt school students.

This guy is the chief minister of Delhi.
This gives you an idea of the appetite for career guidance in India. It goes to the very top of government.
Dev Clever will be right at the heart of it.
Also, phase 2 represents 2.6million students across 5,930 CSC Academy centres. In the next phase, there are 350,000 CSC centres to go at. Enormous potential.
Well, the CSC Academy are paying for it on behalf of the students, so I would imagine the take up will be very high. It's a freebie for them after all.
"As a result, in phase two the foundation programme will be offered to 2.6 million students and will begin to be rolled out in Q1 2022. During this phase, Dev Clever will receive a one-off on-boarding fee and an annual SaaS-based subscription fee for each student, to be paid directly by the CSC Academy on behalf of the student."
Even at a conservative $5 to $10 per student, that represents huge recurring revenue from 2.6 million students, plus the initial on-boarding fee. And this is just for starters. Brilliant RNS.
If you’re impressed with ‘dubaiclever’, watch out for ‘delhiclever’ – a 7 storey state of the art facility in New Delhi (Noida), soon to be ‘formerley Veative HQ’. CJ is not the kind of guy to shout things from the rooftops, but there’s a hell of a lot going on in the background. He was buzzing when he got back from Delhi a few weeks ago. We have an extremely ambitious CEO, unphased by Byju et al. For those that have been patient enough to continue to hold whilst Dev have been treading water in the 30’s since July, now would be a very inopportune time to switch horses – a news rich period is just around the corner.

Notice the Steve Jobs wall picture in one of the photos – quite appropriate given our own CEO’s vision for the future.
£30k buy @ 36.8 at 14:09 not showing up yet (spread 36 / 36.5)
No doubt it will show up later as a sell (delayed publication), given the spread is back at 36.5 / 37.5 now.
Our man is off to Dubai again tomorrow (City of Gold).
If my memory serves me right, he brought some back with him on his last visit.
11:21am & 11:35am trades were both buys (but showing 'unknown').
They were two parts of a large buy order through IG, showing up at 11:43am on my IG transaction.
So, they drop the SP 1.4% on £50k sells this morning, yet price doesn't budge on a large buy.
All part of the learning process :-)
