Running low on reagents for testing in Black Country, should have them by Monday to continue the government testing program. Well Avacta don't require any, every other test does. Slight advantage there I think, Avacta LFD will never run out of demand.

Gdr went up to 2.50ish a couple of weeks ago with no real news now back at 1.60. And still have no c19 test. Leaving odx now will haunt you as the test is a matter of days/weeks away. Avct have promising products in the pipeline but nothing atm to sell. You have to make your own decision. ODX could be the next big c19 share. Would you handle jumping now? IMO DYOR.

With the affirmers binding to the virus or parts of the virus, (spike protein). IMO any virus in the saliva would be binded to, then show up further down the device. Saliva has been shown to give a good indicator on viral load. Hopefully ease of use, multiple tests available (daily). Would be a winning combination.

Problem with plasma is it can transfer all the blood carried diseases. So the screening would have to be very thourgh. There was a massive case from the 80s where patients got contaminanted by plasma taken from homeless and iv drug users. Won't have that prob with Avcata clean and readily usable.

Sending 50000 tests to the US to get done, isn't going to help with speed of processing just a matter of time before avct get the test out.

Testing was initially restricted to hospital admissions only. As the virus took the authorities by surprise. Now testing is more available more treatment options can be done on confirmed cases. IMO.
