Hopefully all the skeleton's are out - how many more can there be given we are at a 10 year low. Directors bought in very large in the 8's so I am confident that was the bottom - yes may test it again this year but the upside in 12 to 24 months IMO is huge - war will end (or be forgotten sadly), inflation will reduce as will energy prices, new CEO will show progress and people will continue to buy value for money clothing, in fact, the harder things get, the more audience the likes of Asos and Boo will get - the more expensive the brand, the more impact will be seen - look at TED - just potentially been sold sooo cheap as probably see a difficult future given more of a 'luxury' brand - all my opinion of course
Not sure it is as simple or as positive as that ? If you look at the first RNS they already held slightly over 5% of voting rights due to financial instruments held - this then reduced to 4.98% so basically they have converted (bought) .02% from financial instruments held into actual shares - so no real big deal as far as I can see and share price reaction would seem to suggest the same as well ? I may be completely off mark here.
Be good to see some Director buys though
And also those investors taken in by the placing at £2.30 - shocking
Wasn’t the large placing at £2.30 ?? I’m in at £1.85 and thought I had a bargain….
Something needs to change to give some confidence here for sure - director buys would be a start
Let’s hope you are right
In the last 3 month update - May performance was strong. Since then we’ve had a cracking summer and some good updates from other retailers - why wouldn’t ASOS too have benefited ? I remain optimistic for 15 by year end and still say this should at least be 20 or vulnerable to take out - hope I’m right
