Or it could be milestone payments from the vaccine program. Or anticipated fast track approval of MRx0518 and Keytruda.

This is big. 4D is not expected to be getting any notable revenue for at least 2-3 years and yet these projections were made when Longevity were doing Due Diligence

This is either a misrepresentation of the facts to the SEC or they know something

OK so Longevity filed an amended proxy statement with the SEC on the 8th March to highlight the recent director appointments and to address some spurious Longevitor investor lawsuits.

In the Proxy statement Longevity are projecting revenue for 4D in 2021 of £15m and in 2022 of £24.5m. And almost breakeven EBITDA in 2022. I have absolutely no idea what they are basing these figures on.

There are also some interesting comments on market cap. in relation to peers like Evelo Biosciences.

No it won't because as I explained the use of Keytruda is extremely broad and it relates to the use of Keytruda in combination therapies with other immunotherapy drugs Opdivo and Tecentriq.
FDA are saying the combinations can't be marketed for certain cancers at certain stages because the efficacy evidence is not strong enough.
Combining Keytruda and Opdivo or Tecentriq would be a very expensive treatment and there is a list of cancers they are approved for. Some fast track approvals were added to the list of indications and the companies are now being asked to remove them.
This news was originally reported last June anyway when the P3 trial data came through and it has taken from since then for the FDA to haul them in.

This really is not likely to be an issue for 4D. It relates to the multiple indications (cancer types) Keytruda can be used in as well as approval for different stages of their cancers for patients with different needs.
Keytruda is being evaluated for use in multiple cancers at different stages and in multiple combinations with other drugs and treatments. It's a bit like thinking a company can't sell its product to Sainsbury because another company sold a faulty product that had to be recalled.
It's also to do with products that have been given fast track approvals to get them to market and where subsequent evidence has shown them not to be as effective as first claimed.
