Thanks Colin but I have no real expertise in any of this. I have looked into this company many times though as my doubts have arisen but have generally been pleased with what I have found. It's a very competitive field and whilst I have some vague understanding of the 4D science there are probably other biotech developments going on that could render 4D irrelevant.

And there are the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns to consider.

Maybe they will make more information available before submitting for approval. And questions can maybe be asked about measures to protect UK holders.
Either way if it doesn't go ahead they will run out of money so has to be agreed to

It depends. I like to think I am being excessively suspicious. The company have said that they will maintain a dual listing. I don't think they would delist within 18 months but maintaining a dual listing can become costly for the company.
This is the only issue I have with the company apart from funding concerns going forward, which come with the territory.
I absolutely love the company and what they are doing. I sometimes bring these things up in the hope that other UK holders take an interest and make representations to the company to consider their interests.

Right so he added at the end key readouts will be the Keytruda P2 which is going well and will be reporting throughout the year. Also ashtma results due in the summer.
No mention of Blautix and he said that answers provided to SEC last week so hopefully won't be much longer. Although he didn't sound that confident.

2 DP answers (one to my question on vaccines)

On MRX0518 he highlighted their attempts to broaden the scope with the different trials, including the new collaboration with Merck and Pfizer. This to demonstrate the potential of extensive reach of a live biotherapeutic product. Mentioned moving forward with approval studies this year!

On the MSD vaccine collaboration I asked if any vaccine candidates delivered to MSD for them to work on. He said they are working very closely with the 4D candidate library and with the MSD one. He sounded like they have narrowed down the field to the point where they can start to produce pre-clinical models of particular candidates. So sounds like the answer is no but he said to watch out for news on this later in the year. Previously he has been extremely guarded when asked questions about the vaccine collaboration so it did sound as if things are moving on.

Not saying anything that's not already known so far . Getting the impression that 4D head and shoulders above at least one of the 2 other companies at least.

How exciting. I have been told my question about vaccines will be accepted!

So the article seems to be saying $37m from Spac but I thought it was more like $15m
