RP Stock there is certainly an argument that this is a growth value stock but they tend to go by sectors. We have to remember that we will be a small fish in a big sea joining the other 700 or so biotechs listed on Nasdaq.

I am here because I like the stock and I like the pipeline. Not because of where it's listed.

My point is don't jump on here with the expectation that this will jump to 180 next week because of Nasdaq. You will be disappointed

I will stick my neck on the line and say now by next Friday or the one after we will not close over 145. Unless there's pipeline news. If I am wrong you can shoot me down then and I will be here to take it and accept that I am wrong.

If you are going to buy in do it for the pipeline. I am currently in 2 Nasdaq biotechs and they have not made me rich so far. Some of the trading on them has also been very thin. Mainly algo trades by the look of it.

It's like no one here has any awareness of current happenings in markets.
There are big concerns about Nasdaq valuations of biotechs and tech stocks given rising inflation expectations. There is also a lot of talk about a rotation from tech to value stocks.
So we are kind of listing at not such a great time for short term movements upwards.
So I think Nasdaq expectations need to be tempered and better to be focused more on pipeline catalysts.

I personally think the inflation concerns are overblown as they seem to be founded on the idea that Covid is done and the US can go back to normal.

As the OTC market is for brokers I find that hard to believe

It was around 180 last summer but looked like a pump and dump prior to the Blautix results

There was no cash runway. There is now a cash runway into q2 2022

It did not drop from 180 on rumours of a placing.

Why come on to a board where people know the story because they have been long term investors in the company and start spouting ****?

Use of Proceeds

The proceeds from the Fundraising will be used primarily:

· to advance the expanded Part B of the ongoing Phase I/II combination study of MRx0518 and Keytruda® to completion; enrolment is currently expected to complete in Q4 2021;

· to continue engagement with the FDA in 2021 to discuss the development and approval pathway for MRx0518 in combination with an ICI in patients with solid tumours and secondary resistance to prior ICI therapy;

· to investigate the efficacy of MRx0518 in additional cancer patient groups, treatment settings, and as part of additional combination therapies, including an ongoing Phase I trial in pancreatic cancer;

· to commence a fourth clinical trial of MRx0518 in combination with ICI Bavencio® as a first-line maintenance therapy for urothelial carcinoma, expected to commence in 2021;

· to evaluate designs for a potential first-in-human clinical trial of MRx0029 in-patient clinical trial in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease;

· to continue to advance the vaccines discovery program in collaboration with MSD;

· to complete a Phase II trial of MRx-4DP0004 to prevent or reduce the hyper-inflammatory response in hospitalized patients with COVID-19;

· to complete ongoing Phase I/II study of MRx-4DP0004 in poorly controlled asthma in combination with existing long-term maintenance therapy; and

· for general corporate purposes.
