RE: Hey Sangijuelas23 Mar 2021 10:13
I am not really thinking in terms of this year. I am working to a longer time frame. The best that could happen in the next 12 months would be the following
a) More readouts and movement around FDA fast track approval for the Keytruda combo. Not sure if this could take the form of actually getting to market. Axel Glasmacher seemed to think you needed to have data for over 100 patients on each indication e. g. RCC or NSCL cancers but one of the analysts, possibly Chardan, suggested can be achieved with less.
b) Truly ground breaking data on efficacy of MRx0518 as a monotherapy or more positive read outs coming from the PC trial.
c) Confirmation that vaccine candidates have actually been handed over to Merck for them to develop further
d) A licensing partnership for Blautix
e) Good initial data from the Asthma trial (covid 19 as a complete wild card here)
f) Another major partnership with say Bristol Myers Squibb for a drug like Opdivo
If all or some of these come to pass I would not be surprised by a sustainable SP of about 400p upwards.
Regarding TO potential I would be disappointed if we were sold for less than £2.5bn
