I guess he would say it's just business. I have heard rumours he has got a bit of a reputation but never found anything particularly incriminating.

I think it goes both ways doesn't it? Some people come on here looking to pump it up before dumping.
Either way the pumpers and the shorters don't really seem to know much about what's going on and usually haven't got much of a posting history in the share in question.

Good question, depends on a number of factors and potential future developments.
I will be looking to start building an LBPS position but these will be new buys rather than selling existing 4D stock. I think eventually in a couple of years time we will delist from Aim. I would rather start preparing for that now

Think it will mainly be a reiteration of the past years accomplishments and a rehash of the Nasdaq prospectus material with a nod to existing pipeline goals.

Phil please don't degrade yourself. Where have I stated that Synlogic is a better company. I don't know enough about them to have an opinion. If I thought they were I would be invested there and not here.
Oliveira bought nearly 10% of the company last year. He has been influential. While 4D may have had a long term plan to list on Nasdaq (see interviews from last year and the one before) his input and that of Chardan enabled 4D to do it much faster via the SPAC route.

It's based on his past dealings here. He is the main reason we listed on Nasdaq and that's why it has all been done through his former firm Chardan.

He bought in here sub 100 with a strong dollar and now the dollar has weakened so he can pull out of ****ty Aim and repatriate to the US

Selling. Relentlessly so he can load up on LBPS. Quite smart, he can crash the price here in the morning and then cause a drop stateside and buy back over there later

For those screaming about the 4D market cap being low against the likes of Seres, Synlogic's is only $140m and that doubled from what it was in December

How often do they have to inject the tumor? In addition to going on the Tecentriq drip this sounds more cumbersome and costly than taking a couple of tablets a day whilst also having Keytruda intravenously every few weeks

Synlogic were on the Cantor Fitzgerald presentation. Interesting company but seems like a very different approach and some way behind.

As with others they seem to be spending a lot of time doing dose escalation whereas 4D say they just start with the highest possible dose due to the favourable safety profile

One thing puzzling me is why have Finch felt the need to raise $220m since September with a similar looking pipeline whereas we seem to be getting by on a spend of about $40m a year.
It might be worth looking at the cash positions of companies like Evelo when comparing their valuations with 4Ds

Also if you look at the Nature article I posted yesterday big pharma remains sceptical about the microbiome because they are yet to see much success in P3.
That is likely to change in the next couple of years as more positive data starts coming through
