Looks like BlueCrest are chasing any company that they have loaned money to which have now made a late payment, cementing the theory they ARE in trouble. You are right Narcosis78 this is not the place for bickering. I am sure Chan who is a very well respected researcher / investor of many years meant no malice toward kjh511 as did I, as stated, just pointing out an inaccuracy. There have been mistakes on the last couple of RNS's that have been released, and I have noticed that and pointed them out to CMR, however as I was rightly told that the RNS released by the "Provider of Finance" namely Blue Crest does contain information that is not correct, but as Blue Crest released it then CMR cannot amend any of the details. I was also told that by the company going back to Blue Crest and complaining it may "ruffle their feathers" and just at this moment CMR do not want that. The inacuracies on the RNS have meant the share price has been reduced more that it should be that is why I personally feel confident when certain information is released the share price will recover. Things ARE happening Guys and from my research as certain information has not yet officially been publicized I cannot mention it yet - but Watch This Space as they say. We are all here to help one another and if it comes across I am "ramping" kjh511, then it is not meant to be. I am mearly passing on information I have found when I am allowed to.

Every one has a right to their own opinion including yourself and nobody is trying to stop you posting that on here, it was just that your previous statement was inaccurate and that is what Chan and myself had noticed. As for "the poor soulls that don't understand the market" you have just mentioned, then if they are that naive to invest on here then I am sure they will be just as naive to listening to your advice

Your statement quote " All are small investors of a few hundred pounds - no serious investor is buying even at this price." unquote. Ever thought about a trip to specsavers, as I see a buy at 400K , 3 around the 500K, and one went through before 9am around 750K. I think all these cost more than a few hundred pounds, and I know one of these was bought by a serious investor. !!

Morning Chan, nice to see you back around again. Have been doing a lot of digging recently and was waiting for some more information to be confirmed. Yes there is some very very good news just around the corner, but can't mention it yet, but lucky for me that I had already decided to top up myself this morning. Brought the average down by 0.029p. Can't get the new shares in my boots so am off to get a bigger pair now, catch up with you later.

Agree it may be an unfair contract term, but apparently it IS in the contract that was signed between Bluecrest and CMR, all 114 pages of it. Looks as though CMR Lawyers didn't do their job correctly by missing this point, or certainly not bringing to notice. Possible cause for compensation by CMR, but would be difficult to action due to "closed shop" practices etc. CMR just want Bluecrest out of their hair so they can get on with producing Gold

Very short sighted of Bluecrest if they were going to make CMR insolvent in order to gain the companies assets. Bluecrest need money NOW. First the case would have to go to court and I have been told it would take about 5 years for this to happen in Columbia. Should they win the day then there is NO guarantee they would get the licences renewed in their name. They are a Finance company so what would they do with a gold mine that mining licences might not be renewed - nobody would want to buy it. So to summarise there is no milage in Bluecrest getting CMR closed down. Best thing Bluecrest can do is to accept a settlement figure that may be offered them !! As for a takeover, then I understand Allianz are happy to keep their holding which is 13%+ and looks as though michael copper still has his 5%+, and I know a lot of other big shareholders are also happy to keep their shares, so don't think a takeover is on the cards. Company could sell the mine if they found a buyer !!, but from a conversation I have had with a company representative they feel sure all will be sorted and CMR will live to fight another day - and by god they are certainly fighting now. I didn't know the answer, so just like anyone else can - I picked up the phone and rang the company - the answer was they would expect Bluecrest to accept payment in either cash or gold as if they ARE in trouble then they will take payment in either. Would lend them a few quid myself but all is tied up in CMR

Then if you haven't you are acting on information provided by Bluecrest who seem to be a company possibly in trouble themselves, who have looked through the small print of the contract with CMR and used any part of it that looks to be a good get-out clause for them, trying as well to screw CMR beyond a reasonable settlement of the loan. Before you throw away your shares which could possibly still make you good money in the future then pick up the phone and talk to the company you invested in. I did this morning and also the broker. The Newswire Chan is talking about DID come from Bluecrest and not CMR. Worth doing a little more research guys before you make your decision on what you are going to do. Just got back home to read the doom and gloom - numb is the only way to describe how I feel. I have been in regular contact with the company, and the broker and it seemed as they were both singing from the sme "hymn sheet" (convincingly). Whilst I am as angry as the next pi then try and look at the miniscule possitive from the RNS that refinancing is being sought. There has got to be a value to the gold in the ground, and one would hope that the 3 week working capital would only be used if there was a chance of saving the company. As a lot of others have said - please spare a thought to those who have invested thousands of pounds here. Well I have to go out again now so sorry I won't be able to reply to any post directed toward me until tomorrow.

Patience is paying off guys. My opinion is to hang in as Nice1 and Chan have said as this share has a long way to run yet. Don't be tempted to take a small profit as I feel sure there is so much good news to come throughout 2009. Don't go giving the mm's cheap shares. The company have not announced any progress report on how the gold is pouring etc, so see how this flies when they do !!

Well if CMR achieve all their own expectations - more resources in Quintana than originally thought, the start up of a second mine, the proposed joint venture which hopefully is getting closer by the day, Gold reaching record highs, and other "irons in the fire" then 2009 is going to be a good year for CMR. Wish I had that crystal ball, but I do know some posters here have many shares, 1.5M+, so they will be hopeing for 10p+ and if all goes well it could be better than that. Don't forget though, disasters can happen - politically, mechanically, and even mother nature herself. The people who post here seem to be very genuine, have done a lot of research, so look back at all the posts for 2008 and you will learn a lot. Best of Luck myguess, and a very prosperous year for all my friends that can see the benefits of staying on board for the ride - the "new" journey has only just started.

Have only just got onto the computer again this morning - Christmas visits and all that. Nice to see you back posting again Gemma, thought you had made your fortune and were off into the sun with that glass of wine again !!. Thanks for all your input here as many have learnt a lot from your posts including myself. Chan - as always you are an invaluable source of information to, always good information which we all appreciate. I was looking to squeeze a few more shares into the boots again in the new year, but as I have been buying when the sp has been so low, even at 1.40p this would have the effect of "increasing" my average. Might just have to sit with what I have and not be greedy. Happy Christmas & a Prosperous New Year to all

Agree with you nice1, this company has directors that are approachable and also the broker is very good on information. Agree also those that have not had a chat with the company may start to loose interest here, but ask yourselves - would the directors just have spent £25K each if things were NOT going forward. 2009 is going to be CMR's year and I am very comfortable with that, and I could have sold shares and made a nice profit, but have not, as the best is still to come. I have done a lot of research on CMR, but I have also learnt a lot from my fellow "posters" here on this forum. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas, and for all those that hang in there I feel sure 2009 will be very prosperous for you. Hi Guys, well computer now back on line - wish I was a Computer engineer - the price these guys charge then I would not need to invest in equities !!. Now I know I haven't been able to "post" for a while, but it has not stopped me talking to CMR and also the company broker. The companies strategy is now to announce the news AFTER events have happened, so it looks as the rest of the year will be quiet as far as news is concerned. Production at Quintana is going better than originally hoped for, so when the company announce production figures for the first quarter they should not disappoint, and it is at this stage we should see a better share price. The JV negotiations for certain mines are progressing a little slower than the company would like but it is the Lawyers that are still dotting "i's and crossing t's" that is the cause of the slower progress here. By the end of Q2 2009, or even before, we should all be wearing bigger smiles on our faces. Lots happening (hopefully) in 2009 for CMR so I am told, but as I said earlier, the company strategy is now to announce events AFTER they have happened and not to announce what should be happening before the event. I am as disappoineted as every one else about the sp at this moment, but we have waited this long so what's another couple of months. I am taking the view that if I had my funds invested in a B'Society it would only be earning me 2-3% p.a. at best, so the potential here is much better.

Looking at all the trades shown on here since 27th November, then from my rough caculations using some of the "sells" that we know are actually "buys" it would appear there have been 3.75 shares bought to every 1 share sold. MM's will start getting low on holdings soon if this carries on, so will they give us another "tree shake", as really the last one did not gatther much for them. I feel possitive all the large shareholders on here are not about to release any to the mm's at these prices when they know good news cannot be far off now and the sp will defineitely have to rise no matter how much the mm's feel like shaking imo.
