Whilst it is good to see the Directors buying more shares, the amount of money they are spending is not what you could call earth shattering. Is it to counter the big sells of yesterday ??

Sent the email as said I would (below) and got a reply today : The nature of the Company's business is such that it is very difficult to comment on any aspect of its business during a close period as it may be deemed as price sensitive. Lack of news from Corac is contributing to the diabolical Market conditions and weighing on the sp like a lead balloon. It has been 3 months now since any news, so about time we got an update. Think I may send an email to the company asking them to give the shareholders an update. Would be good if one of the other parties the company has been talking to about "field trials" come good and can progress another test site. Good price for a top-up though, so just had to have a few more today. Think of this as a one year investment bond, but with the option of taking a good profit during the term.

Not all the "sells" are "sells" as my BUY is showing as a Sell this morning. MM's trying to panic people into selling so they can gather in some stock in readiness for the results in just over a weeks time ?

Sell off probably because the share is no longer motoring ahead at the speed it has been doing over the past 3 months. Slow and steady will be fine by me. September 9th announcement that they have made more money in the first 6 months of this year than they did in the whole of last year is good also. Then there is the prospect of a dividend being paid next year so management have stated. IMO this company has more going for it than a lot of others at the moment.

Debt may be greater than the market cap. Pre Tax Profit for 2008 was £2.42m, but the company has stated "trading has been strong with half year sales in the region of £13.2m, an increase of 33% over the first half of last year. There has also been an improvement in average gross margin rates as a result of changes in the sales mix. Consequently, profit before tax for the 2009 half year is now expected to be not less than £2.7m". If I read this right, then the first 6 months pre tax profit of this year will be greated than the pre tax profit for the whole of last year. Looks as though management are doing something right. Then there is the possibility of a divi next year as well management have stated.

I would go back to H/L and query that, as the 1.5% charge is what they levy for Plus Traded shares. I use H/L also and had the same back along on another share and when I queried it they said they had made a mistake. £9.95p per trade if done "on-line"

Today’s news is not what anyone wanted to see, i.e. De-Listing. I know John (trying) is absolutely right, and at the moment all that has happened is part of this game of "bluff" BlueCrest (BC) and CMR seem to be playing. The “old” Nomad, who was not actually a lot of help to the company imo, resigning was a blessing in disguise to CMR, at no cost to the company. Now I expect “negotiations” with BC will still be continuing, but BC will be a tougher challenge, and taking more time. Any new Nomad would be waiting for a reconciliation between BC and CMR before coming aboard, so AIM rules dictate the De-Listing as from today until such time as new Nomad is ready to act for CMR. As John has said, things are still happening and although those of us that are “not in the know” feel so frustrated, CMR are still not dead and buried as some have posted. The situation is very hard to accept without official CMR statements, but there is nothing anyone can do but to wait for all this to “play out”. Patience is in short supply for us all, but I am still confident of CMR coming through all of this.

Well it has been Singha in th evening and chang at lunch time. Last couple of days temp has been 41c, so cooling off from the inside out. Before any one says anything about the time of posting then it is 10 in the morning here as I write this. The future of CMR is looking better now, but I will feel a lot better when the shares are trading again. CMR can grow from here and those who do hang in will benefit I am sure. As trying has said, there will be those who sell creating a possible opertunity to buy some more cheap for the rest of us - time will tell. Well guys I just managed to get on a computer here in Thailand. Just goes to show there has and IS more going on behind the scenes that CMR were letting on. You are so right Chan that with so much in their "bag" CMR have the potential to be a multi-bagger here. When they start trading again, as I have said before I would expect a deluge of sells by frightened investors, but for those who have done their homework and found out just what CMR have in their "bag" as you have put it Chan, then what a "golden" oportunity exists. CMR are taking their time in reconciling this awful mess they are in, and it is so annoying there has been no news yet, but I would think with all they have to do to haul themselves back to safety, then it is not a 5 minute job. Thinking positive here, at least they have not announced they are dead, and from my research I know the financial director is working flat out to ensure the company survives. I, as Chan, will be holding these shares and not selling when trading resumes. Non of my post is meant as financial advice and everyone should act on their own reasearch. Good Luck All

Be careful today again guys as s.p. is currently 5% down again in H.K as I write this. However I do think there will be good growth here when the court case has been reconciled. Full years results should also soon be announced.

From looking on H.K stock exchange then RCG actually opened at 23HCD rose as high as 27.5, but actually closed at 16 which equtes out to a fall of 30.435% today on the H.K exchange. Not as the figures granitetim had posted earlier today

I understand Quintana is working without problems at the moment therefore this tells me the working capital should be increasing week by week now, so I am not worried by this. If CMR want to issue some news, then as BlueCrest have the editorial rights at the moment on any news being released about Quintana, all has to be authorised by them. I know CMR have not had the best communications to share holders in the past, but BlueCrest have control just at present. Hang in there as I feel there is progress here and we should all be informed some time soon. I can assure you I am as frustrated as the next investor and want to know something like yesterday and not tomorrow.

I have had some say as soon as CMR shares reach their break even point they are bailing should we survive. I would say before you do anything like that to think of what CMR have in the pipeline for 2009 without taking the rising price of Gold into account. A joint venture with a "big name" on one of their projects has been rumoured as bubbling along and must soon have the lawyers o.k. I would think. Two other gold projects that they want to start this year if feasibility studies are "good". Then with this good info coming from the company this could well attract a predator in the future, as I see a lot of the "big boys" deem it cheaper to buy up a minow than to start up a new project themselves. CMR are sitting on a couple of Silver projects in Peru, and even more projects in Columbia. My own view with CMR is that they are going to survive, good news to be announced shortly, and when a new Nomad is on board the shares will get reinstated at a higher price than they were suspended at. Now this is only my own gut feeling and there is NO ADVICE being given. Best of luck everyone.

Options for shareholders when a company "goes under". You can always use your share certificates / contract notes in the bathroom !!. Shareholders are always at the bottom of the list if there should be anything left for the creditors. I feel CMR are not going under, what would BlueCrest do with a mining company in Columbia ? To many problems for BlueCrest short term, so best option is to keep us afloat if no new refinance is forthcoming. Quintana is now in production, gold is increasing in price and likely to do so for a while yet so the "experts" predict. Quintana has now become a "money machine". The 6th Feb is past so we should hear something next week I would have thought.

The Fat Lady has been seen crying her eyes out walking away to another venue as she is getting NO work from here !!!
