Thank you chilting. Yes an unexpected drop today, would have like to add more but as I have too many already I have had to refrain.
Anyone know if all the TRX shares that Woodford Funds / Link had have now been sold ? I ask as an article I read this morning indicated they might not be sold until end of 2021 or even 12 months later it said. If there are still shares to be sold then that would account for hefty size “sells” some mornings, consequently keeping the share price down at or around the 0.6p levels.
Morning All, also in Hardman & Co's Report yesterday that was good to see :-
"Conservative forecasts suggest that TRX has sufficient cash through to the end of fiscal 2022. This position would be improved if there were to be a faster recovery in elective surgeries." ??
"If the demand and sales progress continues, TRX will become EBITDA - and EBIT - positive in fiscal 2022" ??
????
I would like to say Thank You to all who have wished me well in the fight against against my Cancer. I'm going to do my best to beat it one way or another - Thank You again.
Tywnine & izstar Thanks for your kind words guys. Yes it is what it is and I have to deal with it. Keeping very busy though as I have a 100% disabled wife that I have to Care for and she is "heavy maintenance" both day and night. Anyway, I can look back over my life and see just how fortunate I have been - been to 68 different countries in the world, represented my County at all England athletics, turned down professional terms to play football, and it goes on and on, so very good life. Now I have the hardest challenge of my life and I'm not going to sit back and let it happen, If I'm going down then it will be going down fighting. My aim now though is to prove the Consultants wrong, and I want to be around with all you guys on the TRX board celebrating the success of TRX in a few years time.
When I said "Yes a very good cause extremely close to me" I meant the Macmillan Cancer Care.
Hi Jurado, just confirming I have made my donation moments ago ref: Donation Reference: IDN037282984000 .
Yes a very good cause extremely close to me as in late July this year I went to see a cancer consultant myself and he admitted me right away there and then, saying that if I didn't stay, quote, "I will give you two weeks tops". Obviously I did stay in hospital and now I am taking "Immunotherapy" medication, but currently only on a 3 - 6 months timescale. Obviously I am going to try and prove them wrong and hope to be still here when TRX hits 10p in the future !!
Ginandmilk, as I have mentioned on here before, I still hold shares bought at over 20p, so I do have a high average. Don't forget when Woodford held here he had a holding knocking on the door of near 30% before it all went wrong for him. He held shares when the price was nearer 30p.
We have grown into a bigger, more established company with a reputation and client base that is growing as well, so it's possible TRX can grow quite a bit from where we are at the moment, assuming we don't get "taken out" by a large predator.
My view is why sell now when the possibility is TRX will multi-bag over the next couple of years. All in my opinion of course. Good Luck to all other LTH's with a high B/E average.

Completion of phase one of new US facility expansion project
Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces the completion of phase one of its expansion plans, which increases manufacturing capacity at its San Antonio Texas facilities. The San Antonio facilities include the Company's existing facility and a 21,000 sq. ft facility adjacent on which it has a ten-year lease.
The Company announced on 18 March 2021 that it had completed the initial part of its expansion project. Overall, phase one was completed both on time and on budget.
The remaining aspects of phase one consisted of expanding the space for supporting administrative departments, which has taken place in the Company's leased facility adjacent to its existing facility, and building and qualifying two additional clean rooms, which are in the Company's existing facility. The two clean rooms are being used for the processing and packaging of tissue products, bringing the Company's total number of clean rooms to seven. Relocation of the supporting departments to the adjacent facility has also created additional expansion opportunities for production and quality functions in the Company's existing facility.
Daniel Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Tissue Regenix Group plc, said: "The completion of our phase one expansion plans on time and on budget is excellent news, and provides us additional capacity and flexibility in line with our projected growth in our different target markets. Staging our expansion was a prudent opportunity to meet our demand and capacity needs in an efficient manner."
I know the Bus Driver and co-driver are both American and used to driving on the "wrong" side of the road, but surely the difference between reverse gear and forward gear (preferable 5th+) are much the same as here. Come-on Guys, let's do an about turn, and find the right direction again.
Yes Mafuta, but the question is - are they selling some as they have an idea what is in next weeks Results !!
Thanks for a comprehensive update Boz, and of course your time and effort in getting it.
Added another £2600 to my ‘new’ ISA this morning to top-up here. After accepting the quote, then no new shares appeared and the £2600 was still on my account. Tried it again a few minutes later and trade went through with the new shares added and money was deducted from my account. About 5/10 minutes later my original attempt also went through and so I had two lots of 375,000 shares and a debit of £2600. Took me all morning to get through to Hargreaves, and the guy said they had that problem first thing (doubling up) with a lot of clients. They will get the second trade reversed, and the debit taken off my account.
Still not resolved this afternoon, so rang again, as I was afraid if I sent further funds across to trade any different shares then my funds would be applied to the ‘first’ unsuccessful attempt. Hargreaves confirmed that is what would happen until they rectify my account which could take 2/3 days due to the amount of clients it happened to, so it’s best I didn’t trade. Can’t post my thoughts here as the post would most certainly be removed !!
Chelwood, here is another option for those out there who still have 20 years + to retirement, which my wife and I took, and must say this is specific to us and may not suit everyone. I used to work for British Aircraft Corporation as a Toolmaker, but changed direction and went into Financial Services where I completed 20 years before retiring early. The knowledge gained made me think Pensions would not be the best route for us, albeit we didn't stop them. We bought some Investment Properties (gradually) and held them for on average 12 / 15 years. Over this time span we on average generated £22500 per annum in total profit after paying all Taxes and Maintenance. During this same time span this enabled us to have many Long Haul Holidays around the world finally visiting 68 different countries. My wife became totally disabled and we then sold them, and luckily for us making a total net profit after all costs and capital gains tax of just under £1M .
Moto is, you never know what is going to happen in life, so do what you can whilst you still have your heath, save for the future yes, but enjoy your life along the road to retirement and remember your pension(s) are always going to be subject to Income Tax, including the added Government Pension.
after today's journey down and back up, that our bus driver has got rid of all his 'return tickets' and he now has only single forward journey ones left for anyone to buy, and anyway, who wants to visit here again - not me.
.. In the USA, the proposed $1.9 trillion fiscal stimulus package was approved by the Senate, while the rollout of vaccinations also continues apace. These combined factors point to the likelihood of strong growth momentum to come later in the year."
Let's hope this benefits us as well.
Every share I have held that done a consolidation allows the new higher price to be reduced more by "mr market makers" and financially I have been worse off. At these low sp's then it does not give so much scope to have the sp reduced. My experience only.
tokols - Mr Sam Randazzo, a non-executive director of MC Mining will serve as interim CEO - so he's already on the payroll.
Bozmo - only 2 months of 6 months notice = saving 4 months salary !!
of hearing some positive news shortly, then the 10,000 share trade this morning is my buy - let's hope it is not too long now guys.
