"at what price though" - yes, I expect we will be well diluted, but at least we will be trading again. I am sitting on £250K in one company that delisted in March 2009 and they have not relisted, albeit every year they tell us they will !!

Looks like we could see our shares trading again by the end of September 2014 then !!

My refund of £5076 just arrived in my account within the last half hour, so looks as though most refunds should be paid by tomorrow. Now to wait and see how low the market will take the sp before adding what I couldn't have in the IPO.

My explanation is pure logical. If the refunds were made on "the" day of the IPO, (11 days ago), and then Saga decided NOT to go through with the IPO, that’s why there is the conditional time frame before it becomes unconditional, then Saga would have to turn around and make a further payment to each applicant of the cost of the determined “purchase”, i.e. they would be making 2 ‘refund’ transactions to each applicant. I am not saying I don’t feel aggrieved like you because I do, and we are having had to wait during this “refund” period before we can spend “our own money”

My reading of this Refund situation is that although the IPO price was known on the 23rd May, and “conditional” trading commenced that day, then Saga could have Reversed the IPO up until 29th May when trading became “unconditional”. Therefore no refunds were processed until 29th May, when the applicants who applied with a cheque, got a refund cheque sent out with their Share Certificate. Applicants that funded their application via a Debit Card had their Share Certificate sent out by post and the Refund applied back to that card’s account via the “BACS” system on or around 29th May, which of course can take 4/5 ‘working’ days to arrive, which would be either today or tomorrow. Technically Saga has done nothing wrong (yet) so let’s see who gets what tomorrow. I am still waiting for my £5076 to arrive also. Just like many stockbrokers – who can say they have never been shafted by their stockbroker in one way or another at some time !!!

Also received my share certificate for 1040 shares this morning. Also stated was that my refund has already been applied back to my debit card. Checked up with my bank and got it confirmed that it could take up to 4 or 5 days to show on my account, therefore if they (saga) applied it yesterday as the date of the share certificate, then I could be looking at either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

I applied direct to Saga being a retail customer for £7000 worth in the IPO, but ended up being allocated 1040 shares @ 185p, so costing me £1924 via my debit card. I would like to top-up my holding to what I had originally applied for so rang Saga help line to see when my refunded money would be returned so I could buy more via my stockbroker. Was originally told it would be in my account this morning, but as it was not then just rang again today and was told I had been misinformed and it would probably not be before Wednesday next week, and that was not a guarantee though. Looks like SAGA will be earning a good bit of interest on all those 'direct' applications where money was taken in advance and not being returned for another week yet !!!

Thanks for that, but I was under the impression that all was already taken into account within the SP - obviously not as otherwise the SP would not be falling as it is. I have taken the oportunity to add a few times during this recent fall and still feel quite comfortable for a recovery in the near future.

feeling I have missed something here. Done my research before entering, watched the share for a good while before buying. All the right “noises” seem to be coming out in the RNS’s, but as we all see the sp still keeps falling. There must be some underlying information that the small pi has not been made aware of and is not currently in the public domain yet.

Just went to top-up with a piddley little £500 and Broker stated they cannot retrieve a live price from the market so I will have to leave a max price I am willing to pay per share..................needless to say I am not going to do that. Anyone else had that problem today ?

I have held physical gold, but it does also have its disadvantages and I felt the disadvantages outweighed the advantages, so sold up and now hold shares. If you hold it at your own home you have the risk of a burglary, and does your home insurance cover bullion, and if it does to what limit? The buy / sell spread of 1 kilo gold bars is rather ‘hefty’ if holding it yourself. Again, assuming you hold the gold at home then it is not so quick to ‘liquidise’ if you need the money. Obviously all this is my personal opinion only.

I like this company also and it was the first share I ever bought. I bought 10,000 shares at 208p back in 2006 (I think) but do not hold any now. Wish they would pay a dividend as I would then buy some for the ISA.

......"going to be a long wait"........If the company continues in the same vein, then you may be right. I was in 3/4 years ago at 10p and watched the sp come right back down to the 3p region. Contacting the company proved fruitless as they weren't concerned about small pi's, and incidently it still looks that way. I got out with a small profit March / April this year. I do feel sorry for everyone who jumped in near the top (14p ish) recently, albeit, I don't think they will have to wait as long as I did to be back into profit. I am looking to get back in but will wait until after the DFS actually does happen as ORCP are not the world's best at keeping their shareholders informed on a regular basis. GLA

I have had the feeling for a long time now that RCG does NOT want their sp to be as a few years back (I was in at 150p myself although hold none now) whilst the disputed ownership of the late Madam Wang’s shares are still being contested. If the sp stays at this undervalued level, then there is always the possibility RCG could try to buy them back at this knock-down price. If that did happen I feel the sp would rocket northward in no time at all. All imo of course.

No doubt this will take off one day, and possibly in the not to distant future, but the company do not inspire with their lack of communication for the small pi's

there are NO share trades being shown for ORCP on here ? I have emailed "admin" twice now over the past two months with the same question but they have not replied to either email.

Bid / Offer 8.50 / 9.25. Just tried a dummy "buy" and for 15000 shares was offered 8.71p !!

Yes I know. I used to have these shares when they were 16p and bailed out at 18p. Basically I have watched them drop ever since, however they are at basement bargain prices at the moment. Lets hope they return to the sp of a few years ago.
