Coal of Africa Limited ("CoAL" or "the Company") notes the judgement and fine lodged by the Financial Services Board ("FSB") against Mr Michiel Jakobus Brönn, Chief Operating Officer of the Company for the contravention of the Section 78 (1) (a) of the Financial Markets Act, 19 of 2012. The Company has throughout ensured that all internal policies and governance processes were in place. The Company is in the process of reviewing the FSB findings, the details of which have been made public on 15 March 2017. The Company has placed Mr Brönn on suspension whilst the Company completes its internal review process.

The company has given us target dates for this that or the other to happen for a few years now but there is always something that crops up to delay the progress promised. After 9 years of waiting for my "silver cloud" and getting that much older then I hope I am still here on this planet to see it all happen one day !!!

agree with you re the decline in SP, but on a selfish note, then I would like the SP not to go up for just over another three weeks as then we are into the new Tax Year and I can put some more funds into the ISA (£20K next tax year) so as to build my holding here.

Due to the lack of news from the company then we don't know how much income they have been generating from the expanding network in the USA, which should be building by now. Should be getting an RNS in the next month or two with the latest "Results" I would think. However, R & D work will always be draining what has come in, and it is still "early days" as far as supporting sales are concerned. Tuck these shares away for a few years and hope to be glad we bought them now !!

away with these CZA shares making a little bit here and there - have made a small 4.37% profit in 7 weeks by selling the 47161 (last trade of the day) @ 3.3675p. Still hold another 250,000+ shares which I hope Mr Brown will make a deal that will turn these into a much bigger profit. GUYS, I have been doing this for all this tax year and have now made £3830-71p clear profit after all fees in my ISA account. I have proved it can be done with a lot of patience. It's there for you all to do. Yes I have the same moans as most pi's here, and I got fed up of waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting, so I thought I would try and make a few £'s whilst waiting, but still retaining a core holding. is another step in the right direction for the company in building their income from the U.S.A. This share is a "slow burner" but held for a few years and holders should see a nice increase in their original investment. No investment advice being given and all in my own opinion.

Coal of Africa Limited ("CoAL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the South African Department of Mineral Resources ("DMR") has granted an Environmental Authorisation in terms of the National Environmental Management Act ("NEMA") (Act 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (2014) for Vele Colliery for stream diversion and associated infrastructural activities. CoAL awaits the approval of an Integrated Water Use Licence ("IWUL") from the Department of Water and Sanitation which is the final regulatory approval required for the stream diversion in respect of the Vele Plant Modification Project ("PMP").

Nice little tick up. Just done a "dummy buy" and was offered shares at 20.825p, then tried a dummy sell of less than 10,000 shares over a 15 minute period and Hargreaves will not give a "Live Price" - some news soon ??

Life is full of "What If's" and the list is endless. We all have to make "calls" one way or another, and I'm with BlackJack, and if you look at Mr Woodfords Fund, then I think you would say he is too !!

Things gradually coming together with everything, slow but sure. With extra news still to come this year, then adding a few more shares on any dip could be advantageous. The company looks to have a very sound base under it now and with the forthcoming news, assuming it is all good, then hope we see the sp back into the 20's before too long. GLA.

Have had my eye on Cape for a while now as what they do will always be needed in the industry. However, the company has been saying for a while that these set of figures released today would not be so good, and like you say Matt, they think the second half of this year will be better. Knowing this, I was surprised to see buying around the 190p area yesterday !! Will sit on the fence for a day or two before deciding if and how much to spend here.

Likewise, I have my "core holding", but bought 2 small lots in the last 2 weeks for trading. Have now sold these this week making 7.73% profit. Not a lot, but a few hundred quid, and certainly more than if I had it sitting in a bank / building soc. Quite happy to hold my "core holding" for a couple of years and see how much TRX can increase the investment.

dukekyla, no, never held any PRM, although I may take a look at the story there. Have made money on, but now accumulating and increasing my holding in TRX. I won't give you any advice there as you need to read some "history" and to see what is likely to be happening during the next 12 / 24 months. World patents and a strong foothold (which is increasing) in the USA is all I will say. I used to be Authorised and Regulated directly myself by the FSA (now FCA) whereby I could give advice, but since having to retire early to take care of my disabled wife, then those licences are no more. Anyway, best of luck if you look at TRX, and Mr Neil Woodford has accumulated many millions of these shares for his client funds - say no more. I haven't been on the computer since last week, I switch on and here you have just left a post for me. Well, the position here is that I still hold shares bought at 170p+, BUT, I have also bought a lot and sold a lot in order to claw back some loss (made over £4000 this year believe it or not by buying and selling) Only have about £2000 loss at the moment spread over 250,000 shares, so not looking too bad. Have made more than my loss on some Biotech shares so actually I am on a ++ overall. No need to come here and do any tattooing as hope to have turned the loss into a profit by end of year Dukey.

I didn’t know there was a vacancy for the position of “chief Bulls==ter” until I see it mentioned here. I thought I would apply for it as I only have the old age pension as an income these days. Unfortunately the reply I got stated that I was not qualified, and that a Mr Dukekyla is top of the short-list as he is so experienced and qualified, and can talk such a load of cr@p” that the company would consider a start-up subsidiary so as to supply the local food farming community with all this cr@p for their crops, thus generating the extra income the company are looking for. Never mind as I'm not prejudiced, I wish Mr Dukekyla all the best with his application.
