Exactly Leew. No one knows anything. We can all have alternative viewpoints, to counter bullish or negative comments. Until the results and the Directors messages are known, we have to rely on our own thoughts. Let’s hope for a positive outcome in any case.

Lloyd, I accept that, but the Board expects a positive outcome to result in a recovery of profits for Semnet. So whether we make a profit or not, before the result of arbitration, they expect to recover more.

We are playing on words now, so I think the normal investor knows what I mean.

Recovery of profits means there is an expected shortfall at this moment in time.

Aafc, the end of year period was 31/3/25. The 4.2 million mentioned was in the rns dated 9/7/25. I would think the audit would have been completed which is how the Semnet situation was possibly discovered.

I am putting an alternative version on how things can be interpreted to give some balance. As I say I still hold 1318265 shares, so if you see that figure, you will know that I have sold.

My gut is telling me one thing and my balls are telling me the other. Apologies if offended anyone with that, but it sums my position perfectly!

1. Arbitration. You acknowledge that talks would have been going on for a while, but this wasn’t mentioned when they were looking to raise funds just a week or so before the Arbitration rns. Should material information have been issued and do people who took part in that raise have any legal redress?

2. The 4.2 million was subject to audit. A nice get out of card free. If you acknowledge that talks had been going on before arbitration was sought, then the company must have been aware that there was a shortfall in the profits from Semnet.( three months trading I believe?) The 4.2 million subject to audit was issued almost 100 days after the end of the financial year. If they believed there was a shortfall in the profits, then I would assume they had a pretty good idea about the cash balance.

3. Tone Goh purchased 3 million shares at approx 1.3p a share. He is down approximately £10 k! as at Fridays so. He has 46 million shares to his name. I think I have said enough on this subject!

Kat, you raise some interesting observations.

Let’s talk about Semnet. You don’t go straight into arbitration without first trying to sort the matter in house, which leaves me asking, when did the Biatd become aware of the issue?

You would think it must have been before the share issue as that was only announced about a week before the arbitration news?

Was the $4.2 million dollars subject to audit real or was it included to keep posters on board? Why say subject to audit. Surely they must have had an idea almost three months after the end of year financials?

Then we have the Board member buying shares. Only £40k worth which would t put a dent in their bank balance, I shouldn’t wonder. Was that done to strengthen belief amongst the faithful?

These are all valid questions and trying to balance the positives against the negatives.

We have some really positive posters, but they don’t have any of the answers either apart from an allegiance to the company and their shares.

We can all twist this in many ways and hopefully as Zag has said, the financials will be published this week.

I don’t blame people for being worried. Many have put a lot of money into this share. I just hope the news is positive and it will be worthwhile having to put up with the rampers posts.

Zag, once again thank you. I still hold my 1.3 million shares and as one poster said earlier ( possibly Ian), we could go down a bit more but we are in the right sector for it to rebound.

Being 50% down, at the moment, I think I will hold and see where we are in 12 months.

Section 40 Aim rules.

If the results are not published by the 31/7/25, are the shares suspended?

The company may have been expecting more profit, but the audit possibly found it less than anticipated. So profits could well be less than they thought. Until we get the year end figures, we can only guess either way to be honest.

I suppose that once the arbitration was set up, then it would come into the public domain. If they didn’t report it, I think that would have been even more disastrous.

Well I have decided to stick with it this weekend and like the majority on here, hoping for good results next week.

I can’t see an after hours rns as that would say a lot about the directors.

Everyone is reading this as positive yet it was subject to audit. Why put that in?

Lee, I applaud your positive attitude, but you are making as many assumptions as the nay sayers do..

The 4.2 figure given out by the company was subject to audit. How do we know the Audit didn’t find the problem with sennet and the figures are out by quite a bit?

We don’t have any news to say Bitcoins have been bought apart from one. They may not have the money to buy any after the audit.

I hope I am completely wrong and we get stellar results, but you have to weigh both positive and negative points to assess where you stand. For better or worse I am staying at the moment, although the drop this morning may mean an afternoon rns. We will have to wait and see. Good luck to all holders.

Yesterday, I did a dummy sell for my entire 1318265 shares and was offered 1.054p. That was at the time that someone was buying about 8 million shares.

Late afternoon and this morning, can’t get a price from my brokers ( Charles Stanley Direct) for as little as 300k shares.

I don’t think the market knows what to anticipate in the results!!

To be fair Ian. I think Kat is echoing what many are thinking.

Do we stay and take the chance we have improved our trading or do we cut loose, as we have heard nothing, with the results expected a day or so ago.( obviously based on last years timing.- acknowledgment that this is tenuous.)

I have remained so far as I am about 40% down. I wouldn’t like it to be 75% down going into the weekend.

I realise that decision is mine, but I am 50/50 at the moment and no one can offer any information positive or negative to help me in that determination.

I want shareholders to make money and whatever I decide to do. I hope that happens. Good luck everyone.

It is possible the Semnet situation only came to light as the results were being put together. The question is, will this affect the results?

We are only talking of three months to March.

I honestly don’t know how to play this. Stick or sell!
