I’m not so sure it was over subscribed as people were wary about committing themselves to an unknown price. However I wait to hear from people who did apply and well done for being in profit.

Alignment between Greatland and Newmont: Newmont is expected to hold up to 20.4% of the Enlarged Group, with an initial 12 month voluntary lock-in, a further 12 month orderly market arrangement and a relationship agreement in place to affirm alignment. Up to US$100 million of the Acquisition consideration is deferred until Havieron commences commercial production and is also subject to a gold price hurdle. Realisation of any deferred cash consideration is linked to a successful operational scenario, demonstrating Newmont's support of Greatland's stewardship of Havieron and Telfer.

The Company has agreed to acquire the Target Assets for total consideration and debt repayment of up to US$475 million (before adjustments), comprising:

§ US$207.5 million cash, including US$155.1 million Acquisition consideration (subject to certain adjustments) and a US$52.4 million repayment of the outstanding Havieron joint venture loan;

§ US$167.5 million in the form of 2,669,182,291 new Greatland shares to be issued to Newmont at the Issue Price (as defined below); and

§ up to US$100 million in deferred cash consideration.

Many who answer back have the same traits. They want to be heard. To be the cleverest, the most cutting etc.

They can’t let something go, they have to retaliate.

Sad really. They probably wouldn’t say boo to a goose if they were all together in one room.

Hidden behind an anonymous name, they can abuse, disrupt anyone they want and the sad thing is they get gratification from it!

Did someone say, there were warrants due to expire tomorrow?

If so, could the company extend them, or even worse replace them with lower priced warrants?

Whilst not expecting dividends for some time, I wondered what the big gold companies pay as a percentage of their profits to their dividend pot?

I’m sure institutions looking for income will know and that is what will attract them to GGP in the future.

Any thoughts on whether a delayed buy or sell?

I’m sorry Arthur, but I am hoping that the sp goes on from here despite my earlier suspicions. The reason - I have just over a million shares which I would like to get to a nice premium. Not a lot by the standards of many on here, I know, but still a lot to me!
