Bfd, GST as do we, believe we owned Semnet once the contracts were signed. The question I am only suggesting ( as a devils advocate) is, did the two previous owners believe they were entitled to the profits in that nine month period, from signing for the sale to before the shares were issued.

I am only suggesting that this could explain the non complete issue as opposed to the non compete and would also explain the additional profit if we win the arbitration.

We are discussing this issue because none is know if the rns meant non complete or non compete. Unfortunately we don’t get any further information or clarification from the company. Hence the speculation.

I will reiterate that we all want the company to be successful and hope the results come out by the 31st and are very good.

I have to believe the rns was correct, otherwise it would have been corrected, To leave it uncorrected ( if it is incorrect), leaves the company looking very amateurish indeed.

No one is saying the sale has not been completed. The issue of shares in November made it complete as all points in the contract were then fulfilled.

If GST had not paid the shares, would the previous owners have a claim to Semnet? That is part of the question. The other part would be who does the profit belong to until the contract is completed?

I know some posters are trying to ridicule others for a different view on things, but that only reflects on their closed minds.

Leew, do you know who is legally responsible for vetting a notice/ information etc, to make sure it is correct, before it gets sent to the Regulatory news service?

Is it the company, the nomad or company broker?

As I say, when was the sale of Semnet COMPLETED?

February or November when the last shares were issued?

9 months of profits, where both sides may argue who owned Semnet during that time!

We would obviously say we owned it as the contract stated payment after 9 months. The previous owners may argue that until that final payment, then technically they still owned it.

Over to the arbitration panel.

Could the issue be over who gets the profits from Semnet between February when the deal was done and November when the remaining shares were issued?

Could the previous owners think the company was still there’s until the final payment? After all, what if GST hadn’t paid the final shares? Would the sale still be enforceable.

I know I may be clutching at straws, but just a thought!

Either the MM’s are very astute and collecting shares to sell higher, or they are reflecting the uncertainty in the sp.

Please don’t jump down other people’s throats if they may ponder other possibilities.

I wonder if there is more to come out over the Semnet arbitration. The money raised to buy bitcoin- will it be needed instead to prop up the business?

The fact we are hearing nothing from the Board of Directors, leaves questions like those above.

Is there a requirement for the company to give the relevant authority, 3 days notice of submission for their Annual Results?

I have read quite a few things over the past few days and this sticks in my mind. I could well be mixing it up with something else, but with the sp dropping around 3pm, could the market have got wind of a delay on submitting the Annual Report?

I am asking after the market has closed, so no, I am not trying to affect the sp.

I will keep looking in any case.

I would just like to say, I don’t mind being wrong. In fact I hope I am wrong, for all holders of this share.

I was putting an alternative view on how information can be analysed, rather than accepting what we all want to hear. Trying to balance the positives and negatives.
