It’s always possible that a settlement has been agreed before the Arbitration gets going. A small chance, I concede.

Not if they took the profits, assuming they were entitled to them as they were awaiting final payment in shares for Semnet. It is only a theory. The businessmen may have a different mindset to how they do business there.
