Rather than letting Semnet list on the Nasdaq, wouldn’t it be prudent of Fortinet to just buy it up?

I based my thinking on the previous rise ( a few weeks ago) and how the sp reached 3.5p, a day or so before the placing.

I don’t think a placing can be arranged as quickly as that, so in my mind, I think it was inflated to get the placing away. Forward selling perhaps?

It is only my thoughts and it is encouraging to see that the sp has not slipped any further today.

In respect of the bake integration, if everything was completed without problems, I am sure the BOD would have been singing its praises and promoting it by now.

We all saw a few weeks ago, the price rose 20% in a day only to fall back immediately, we also saw the sp pumped to get the placing away. So I think it is only reasonable to question whether this is another occasion, where the sp is pumped and dumped.

My own thoughts, ( with no evidence what so ever) is that the bake integration was more difficult than thought and it is taking time to sort it. Hence no information from the BOD.

I have faith that everything will be fixed in due course and why I am holding on to my shares.

I don’t think it is wrong to question the company and the longer the silence, the more unsettled investors will be.

It seems to confirm that ASX will become the primary market.

This paragraph in the Scheme document rns dated 24th April also seems to point towards it:-

“ The Group has made significant progress towards its ASX listing. Subject to certain conditions including receiving certain regulatory approvals and the Scheme being approved by the holders of Scheme Shares (Scheme Shareholders) and the Court, shares of Greatland Resources (GRL Shares) are currently expected to be admitted to the official list of the ASX and to trading on AIM on 23 June 2025, and then quoted on the ASX from 24 June 2025.”

I wonder if it is clarified in the ‘Scheme of Arrangement’?

That’s not what it is saying in the companies own presentation. I agree it needs clarification.

Ricardo, I think I remember that one thanks. A dual listing mentioned rather than a cross listing.

That was quickly resolved as you say, but I’m not sure if the rns was corrected.

This is a company presentation, which should have been checked and is not a play on words as in the rns mentioned @bove.

Do we have control of our shares or do they become CDI’s where extra costs may be involved to trade them?

This got me thinking about the latest presentation, where I recalled that the ASX was shown as the primary listing and AIM as the secondary listing.

I hope Shaun gets a standing ovation at the Town Hall tonight for the effort he has made to address shareholders. He will be shattered, so hopefully a bit of leeway given.

Will Shaun announce a ‘small share raise’ to go alongside the consolidation and ASX listing?

If there are Aussie institutional investors waiting to buy in, then I think if they want a position in the company, they are going to find it difficult to achieve.

, with the way shares are tightly held at the moment.

A placings may be the only way Shaun can accommodate them.
