The contract signed, for the £800,000 funding in May of this year is quite complex and the reason I mentioned the 40 million subscription shares was because they are an integral part of the formula to work out how much of that £800,000 needs to be repaid in shares.
At the moment the VWAP for the lowest five days is hovering around the 0.25 pence mark, so if requested now they would get more shares at a price of 0.2p, by my reckoning. So you are correct. A lot more shares would need to be issued if they requested it.
However,if they sold the subscription shares before they requested an allocation , then I honestly don’t know how they would calculate the cash figure remaining, as those subscription shares are an integral part of the calculations.
I would be interested to know your thoughts on that if possible please.
