With Greatland suspending the share price, would that indicate that the equity raise will be around the 7p mark?

When Newmont were taking over Newcrest, the shares weren’t suspended then!

We have been stuck around the 7p mark for a while. Could this be the placing price for any equity raise?

That would discount the Asx though, I guess as they normally look to a minimum of 20cents a share, I think.

Just repeating that if we do buy Telfer, we become a producer and eligible for the GDX index which is obviously bigger than the junior index and will require more shares being bought.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Newmont decided to keep both Telfer and Havieron .

Having basically mothballed GGP for at least 6 months, Newmont have basically been draining the cash from our company via the salaries of our very distinguished board.

How much is left?

Would we be an easy target for Newmont to pick up our 30% if they decided to keep the assets?

Has our BOD been naive in allowing this to go on for so long with nothing to show for it, or are there any penalty clauses that GGP can use, should Newmont decide to keep their assets?

I know there has to be a certain amount of confidentiality and acquiring a possible asset is complicated, but this is dragging on too long imho.

Cheek may have wanted the company to build on the NICE recommendation and build sales in the coming months. Others on the board may have been swayed by a potential takeover.

The BOD wins and Cheek cannot continue in the role and resigns.

Who knows what occurred but hopefully we will hear something quickly.

I would also like to thank Shaun Bunn, for agreeing to the meeting and to being as open as rules allow in answering questions. When you get a Managing Director willing to speak to their shareholders, you know you are invested in a well managed company.
