Interesting though that two directors have recently bought in at higher prices.. You would think they see value at current levels

I would just wait and see what happens in the next few weeks. There are plenty of other companies out there. If you want to buy more just do it in small amounts of the total you want to put in. Don't put your pot in one go. Don't let the fear of not catching what you think is the bottom make you make bad investment decisions. Let the trend be your friend!

As long as you own the physical shares you can just wait it out. Those that are trading on margin and can't cover big directional swings are the ones that need to worry.

I would say £6.50 to over £9 is a positive! Hopefully they just get on with it and we can get the share price moving up again.

Unfortunately , if it's a placing then ordinary shareholders won't get to buy in at the lowest price from my experience.. It will just get announced one morning. Happened to me already with Hiscox Insurance when the shares got placed at £6.50...well below the price any ordinary shareholders could get in at. Silver lining is that they are trading over £9 today..

Smells like a placing of new shares with institutions coming.. Big boys will take this down, buy in cheap, then sell high..

The article states it's "The combined value of these balances". It's a really poorly written article implying $5.7 billion owed to suppliers. Looking at the Balance sheet it looks like the sum of Total liabilities plus trade debtors. I think it's trying to imply that PFC cash flow situation is bad. The way its written really looks looks like a deramp taking selective numbers off the balance sheet and making it sound like it owes huge amounts to suppliers.. In reality the trade creditors figure is similar to previous years.

Anyone think PFC could be a takeover candidate at these low levels?

Looks like they bought some as gone back to 5% from below?
