saw this on the trade data on London stock exchange website.. It's not the UT before anyone asks. Any ideas? Don't know if it was an actual trade that happened or whether buy/sell..

Was looking at the trade data for Capita on London Stock Exchange website. There seems to be a lot of tiny value trades which are Algo driven. Wonder if they are small continuous sells that are being used to manipulate the share price?
Might be talking rubbish..

Do they have cashflow problems? NO
Do they have massive Debt pile? NO
Are they growing? YES
Are they sorting out their corporate governance issues? YES
Are the management team incentivised to get the share price higher? YES

Short term share fluctuations happen for many reasons and as long as you are not stressed with margin calls - don't panic.
Unless they have carried out fraudulent activities that are going to be unearthed there is nothing not to like about Boohoo.. Going forward they know all eyes are going to be focussed on them - no need to jeopardise a great business!

Are you saying they were done by Boohoo? Maybe a few suppliers but as long as not Boohoo then this is all short term noise.

Ignore the short term fluctuations..
Remember how much the management team stand to gain with their share price target of £6.. Does anyone really believe they are going to miss out on this..

Thanks Poleaxe.. The voting rights and the fact they they have 66m shares listed classified against securities lending have puzzled me.. Securities lending implies they have borrowed the shares? Not enough detail on RNS to understand what they are upto.. but for sure they have a plan to make a killing on this..

It would interesting to know what the bulls on here think of the value of RR and what they think the cash burn is likely to have on the share price in the next few months.

At a pre rights share price of say 280p the Mcap is around 7.5B post rights.
They had a cash burn of around 3B upto June and this rights issue doesn't even make up for that. Next six/eight months another 4B? Huge debt to repay as well..

Rolls is great company making great products but is held hostage at the moment with covid and planes not flying and being ordered. Hopefully the share price keeps rising and PI's have an option to come out/ average down to minimise any losses.

I can't see why new investors would be coming in now for a long term view at the moment. If the effects of the planes situation continues into next year they will be in a pickle in the not in the too distant future.

what is the 55M against securities lending? Have they lent them out?

They have not sold out.. But if they have lent them out then you can expect the recipients have borrowed to short..
