I have never seen an RNS in all my years like this if the company paid for them. They would have to disclose to shareholders that CPI gave them to him.

Passmore - how can you tell it wasn't bought by himself? The RNS does not indicate anything else.

No reason he would have put in 100K just for fun a couple of weeks ago. He knows what's going on with the business more than anyone on this board.

Maybe wishful thinking but something seems to be happening with Capita.. Maybe new Cfo given a nod and a wink to buy some shares as he had no skin in the game to benefit from a takeover..

They already had Numis & Jefferies. GS is a third one. Must be a significant reason to have 3 joint brokers?

I wonder if this share drop has any relation to GS being appointed joint broker. Could there be a placing in the pipeline for future expansion plans?
