I did suggest they should issue a statement clarifying the SFO statement and came back with "We will address this in due course"

Of course they are going to if the SFO has in its statement "The SFO continues to investigate this case" which has been clarified as completely misleading.

Statements are at odds so good to get a definitive clarification from the horses mouth.

Asked him that SFO website is confusing to many and he came back with:

"I know… I have no doubt this source of confusion was unintended by the SFO and are not alone in finding this confusing. We will address this in due course."

I asked the head of investor relations why the SFO website states "The SFO continues to investigate this case" after the fines imposed.

He has come back with the following:

RNS1 states the position previously was 0% or below notification and now gone from 0% to 7.53% for the other entity so they must have been buying I would think.

Hopefully buy orders are being worked and hence share price static for now until they are fulfilled..
