Was just having a look at the trade data on London stock exchange website.
There were three large trades of £2.7M (two must have been duplicates) and they were off book - so a transfer between parties. Also, 80% of all the trades were off-book trades which should in theory not affect the price. I'm guessing we are going to see a holdings RNS next week and hopefully Schroders are acquiring more shares.

That was an off book trade between two parties

Hopefully Schroders know what they are doing buying who were still acquiring stock at around 38p I believe. There haven't been any major below threshold notifications that I can remember from any other holders. As long as no big dumping of shares is going on I'm confident of holding..

There is no takeover rumour flying everywhere...
It's just speculation on this chat of the potential direction that Capita may take given the low share price, Schroders buying in, the need for consolidation in this sector, the need for Capita to grow the bottom line, Serco looking to merge etc..

Forgot to mention that Serco have a trading update on Thursday. Will be interesting to see what they have to say..

Serco have have already tried to do a deal with Babc*ck and been rejected twice. Capita may be something that they could be looking at the current share price. All speculation..

Anyway, for me the fact that Schroders have been buying big is the biggest comfort for further increase in the share price.

I think they are going to be a takeover target.
Schroder's buying heap loads.. Something is a foot I think.
Serco have publicly stated that they are looking for acquisition and have have tried to take out Bab**** and failed. They would be my prime candidate..

TCM.. As long as it doesn't affect company profits.. who cares..
The share price will follow in due course..

I agree.. Longer term the RR valuations may get to the 25/30b mcap. My issue is getting there in the next few months as touted by some on this board.
It would be great if I was proved wrong for shareholders..I hope so.

Tesla are a freak of nature regarding share price.
If only ftse companies were valued like Tesla and broader US stocks..
Hopefully with the vaccine news we have seen the bottom of the markets and we see valuations increase across the board.

@£3 the mcap is 25b or roughly £13 pre rights issue. @£4 mcap is 33b or roughly £17 pre rights.

I don't see any changes in fundamentals for RR to get to these level..especially in 3 months!

I think you guys spouting £3/4 per share need a dose of reality. Why do you think RR is going to mcap is going to all time highs shortly?

Have you done any calculations or just making up numbers? Did you miss the rights issue ? There are now 8.3b shares in issue . Not by any means a deramp.. would be interested in your reasoning...

I think at around £1.40 RR would be back to around the pre covid drop MCAP of 11.5B. Next trading update will be interesting to see what cash burn since last update is.
