Saothair, my daughter thought he said seventy centimetres, the inference was one of pride by tone and comment. I suppose we would need full context, but pride seems to be a good thing.

You got granulated stuff that’s heavy, you got it mixing up in water and you swash round something with a centrifugal device that’s a bit Helta skeletal, one imagines the heavy stuff ends up nearer the middle than the outside of the circular motion,( it’s only real trying to go in a straight line, but that’s a story for another time). Then as it shoots out the bottom you have a little divertor thing, then you direct the sludgey water on a great big flat thing that looks like a table and shake it ( we could call this a shaking table to save pointless arguments), then tilt the table to the side and a little bit down to create a flow direction one imagines the heavy bits will find there way off the table at the side before reaching the end. Imagine if you had seen this yourself, or you had watched all the videos and seen these th8ngs. Well imagine you had, the world would be a place of wonder, but also of enlightenment.

I have seen our concentrate bagged up in mtus, these are each 10kg. Visually that’s about the same volume of about 10 kg of wet red sand is I reckon. I trust you find the technical breakdown helpful.

Incidentally the blue gold is grey in colour when not under UV. The UV light cause the light reflected back to be blue when shone onto tungsten. At la Parrilla the shone uv onto the rocks which highlighted where the the scheelite was concentrated, the aim was to do a basic presort before feeding into the crusher ( well that was my inderstanding).

Nmh it’s blue shiny gold ( under UV light). Most excellent. Black a gold was a Kentuckian adventure way back in Caspian days as I recall. This blue gold is most pleasing to the eye, and makes this video the best so far. Nothing like end product when it comes to processing, better still is the income it provides which is then outdone by profit made. There is, Of course, the real gold at Sao Martinho which is gold in colour and is known as golden gold, a big favourite of mine.

Richard, I recall 250,000 being spoken in of, not necessarily a RNS. I think it comes down to that they know they have 110,000 oz, but there is considerably more there; how much more is the debate on deeply dipping or horizontal etc. So there may be something somewhere that refers to 250K, and I certainly remember it was that much as minimum, but where from etc I can’t say.
It’s just that gold price does tickle ones palate in these times.

Richard, SKL can’t do anything as things are. We need to get trenching/ trial mining carried out to establish the gold resource; deeply dipping or horizontal. Mind you even though we have an established 250,000, given gold prices currently and rising it might be considered a rather good thing to have. The further work could see the resource considerably greater, so I think some one might have an eye on it? Just a thought.

I have carried out extensive research on hydrosizers and having worked in engineering together with some, not inconsiderable, studying over the years, I can say with confidence; a hydrosizer is to do with the sizes of the thingy bits.

I looked up what a hydrosizer was. Well utube which I found on this wonderworldweb put out by the GPO. Anyway it’s a fair old big lump bit of kit and does wonders on yer little bits, and it seems it’s a pretty reliable type of thingy. I think it’s rather good that we now have one . And despite my initial reservations on the RNS and the shut down bit, this does make good sense to have installed. I wonder if it’s a lanahan one like on the utube.
It is about getting our processing right and if we needs it, the fact we now have it is wholly good, the caveat being o thought we should have seen to this contingency at the plannning stage. The ‘however’on that though is in commissioning engineering stuff I have never not known snagging and adjustment to planned projects. So yep, would like to have seen the disappointing output being higher, but it is good the plant is tuning up sensibly.

Yes a date would be good thing to have. Mind you putting stuff together etc takes doings, the doer might be in a hospital right now, lots are. If it turns out everyone is focusing on getting everything back up and running as logistics etc will all be affected then I would prefer effort there. I can’t see the report showing great numbers anyway. It’s all about what we do this quarter now.

I wasn’t trying to propose a smoke screen or diminish the views of others on the report delivery, I dont think we will get or expect a report soon. I am an insulting sort of chap at times and I can be rude sometimes, but not today. My real expertise is in herring so I am willing to be told I am wrong on this. I think the covid 19 will have had some major affects and these will manifest in all bits of life and business. I take on the working from home bit, but there’s lots of things going on or been postponed etc. I could easily be wrong, and probably I am. However, butterfly flaps its wings in the Amazon and all that stuff. We might have bean counters or associates unwell or dealing with ill relatives etc etc. If wres and reports are relatively unaffected we will have done rather well.all imho. Having said all that I would like a report, and if they can do one with lots of gold I will be pleased.

Probably no news for a good bit. Bean counters, et al, are not key workers so having to produce a quarterly report may not be important enough in this current manifestation of reality. Then there is always the timelines to worry about, there have been many of those.
