On a bleak note; the figures do under report, even at the start there were deaths in hospitals that did not get logged, they died of something else but had the virus etc ( well I know of a couple in one night from a nurse- that was early on , and it’s probably the case for some others). I don’t suppose it’s unreasonable to think some pneumonia deaths before the virus became ‘ known’ as being here also occurred.
On a brighter note , my uncle was 83 fell over got took to hospital, they done a hip replacement, he covid 19 and is now getting better!Also, Caesareans are pretty straight forward, I have had two ( technically the wife,but let’s not split hairs), and all came out well except for the kids themselves,who evidently are far wiser than me and like to tell me of where I am going wrong with life and the constant social misdemeanours I commit.
Needless to say, safe and best wishes for her.

Two weeks ago my last uncle ( who I am close with) fell and broke his hip. They took him in and put a new one in. He came out and appeared to have corona virus with cough , etc etc. This morning he feels better and has got dressed and eaten some breakfast. I am delighted. It’s positive waves from me today.

We will get a RNS saying PPE is being delivered to our staff. There is $1.3 billion worth being given out to care workers in Europe ( luckily enough the UK declined to be part of that scheme). All the things like the decrease in cases, improved resources for European countries etc will help maintain getting wheels turning. Wres being in Spain is now a considerable strength as the wod rebalances and recovers. So any good RNS will have more impact now imho.

This meant staff looking after ventilators etc did not need to suit up as they were safe on the other side. Enabled far better use of time and ppe. Human ingenuity always finds ways to
Make things better. So things will get better and there could be quite an upturn if lots of different solutions fall into place- and the appear to be doing that in increasing ways.
This could be very good for us at Wres.

Starts today Spain. On Monday, for them, it’s “I hoe, I ho, it’s off to work we go”. Hope we got someone to sell the concentrate to, or if not we can stockpile.

Although, I am not able to provide a document for verification, she explained to me that he said the economy is in the toilet and industry would be starting up after Easter. Inki, I think it’s fair to say I save been a doom monger on this covid 19 outbreak from early on and also a severe critic of the government’s running of this due to
them being way behind the curve. However, there are treatments coming on stream with drugs that having currently been proved as safe to use in humans. Society is changing behaviours with some things not now happening regardless of quarantine eg, kissing on meeting is going to take done time to come back on the continent, no hand shaking by many, improved hygiene, also use of forgotten effective treatments from before the age of penicillin eg hot baths greatly reduced fatalities in the 1917!pandemic ( they assist the immune system with pseudo fever), there is also rhe effect of the Bcg vaccine on the immune system showing efficacy against the virus. I expect us to have far more tools in the box to fight the virus in 3months now we are becoming mobilised globally, albeit late. I think normality starts returning in July. Also the effects of vitamin D in sunshine and the increased temperatures and uv as a Nayarit disinfectant together with some level of herd immunity. We should add education too; communities need to be taught that religious centres, icons, ceromonies etc do not have anti viral properties. Public health education should be on every broadcast, hoarding, log on streaming and religious centre notice boards.
So for me things are moving July and moving well in August.
In the meantime the debt we owe to health workers, food and essential supply chain workers should not be forgotten. When it comes to throwing people out of the balloons CEOs and worth as much as the NHS cleamer. Let’s hope for some societal reform so that nurses can afford to pay their rent.
