In my opinion for what little it is worth and even less thought of the Chinese pharma will be one of the front runners with FLT+3 for Covid-19.

The 9 months were very specific. Can the Chinese manufacture a high grade within spec compound themselves? In my opinion they cannot. The drugs they do produce like most things they make are of low quality and sub standard .
However, in this case would it not be better for the Chinese to have the compound made outside of China? is this why they needed FLT+3 with its associated US and European patents already in place?
Interested parties who are in discussions (especially Tyk2) will be well aware that a Chinese pharma has been granted access to FLT+3 and its patented protection. The Chinese have a head start.
Furthermore, it is indicative that Sareum are not in a position of desperation to make a licensing deal or a complete sell if the compound is successfully manufactured.

Would Gilead be interested in Tyk2? I would not rule them out. If so and you were Gilead, would it be in your interest for Sierra Oncology not to on license CHK1 immediately with the associated milestone payments to ICR and Sareum? Gilead a multi billion dollar organisation dictating what they want and do not want to a miniscule little company that can just about fund itself til the end of year.
It may well be different now the Chinese have FLT+3 and if they do not have the ability to manufacture exactly and correctly the compound itself, it certainly will have the financial clout to find such a resource should they exist.
Sierra Oncology appear to be dragging their feet of that there is no question. No updates on CHK1 yet they state they seek to on license it. You cannot really on license it I would have thought until the buyer sees the results of the trials. All seems very strange.
Just my thoughts, that is all, not a ramp or a deramp. You are probably more closer to the truth Num4 with Pfizer taking on Tyk2. Good comment with the trial starting this year Num4. If they had the milestone payment from Sierra Oncology then would start on their own.
What is going on behind closed doors? As Patrick Moore would say ' Well we just don't know.'
As for the next 'red dot' one of the following :-
Results of ChK1 trials.
Chk1 on licensed and expected milestone payment.
Tyk2 update.
Tyk2 announcement of on licensing ( Pfizer or anyone)
FLT+3 progress (maybe milestone payment due)
Licensing deal for TYK2 (yes I know there are 2 compounds)
Price monitoring extension (going up or down )
As for what is likely to come first or how long? I do not have a scooby.

Why would the military whether Chinese or US release the information with regards to divulging a report with respects to their funding of research for Tyk2.?
Any work with regards to research by the military is classified information and protected. Try working on an Atomic Research Station. Levels of clearance required are typically SC and DV clearance. The latter can take over a year and a cost of around 90k. You are not going to spend all that money in protecting classified information and then release the results to interested parties. It is just not done.
The military in any country will not divulge any information under the umbrella of National interest. If the military have paid for research that is the property of the military, it belongs to them and no one else. Agreements on what can be done and what cannot be done with respect to sharing information would have been clear from the start.
That is my opinion having worked in the Nuclear Industry for 33years.

It may well be, that for Sareum to issue an RNS with a payment from this mysterious Chinese pharmaceutical company that they would have to divulge the name of the company. I cannot think of any reason as to why Sareum should have a reason for non disclosure, perhaps it is the Chinese who wish to reman anonymous for some unknown reason.

This is correct as you have already and I see no error or misleading as does indeed contain the word 'appear'. There is a full stop at the end and not a comma to continue that sentence .

However, we reach the last sentence:-

This is a sentence, not starting with a capital letter as it should. As a question it should have a question mark after sells. Then a capital letter for the remaining dialogue, However, you choose to use the word 'the' in 'the placing' the word 'the' means definite when placed in front of, in this case placing, meaning a placing is already in place.
It is very apparent that you lack understanding of the correct usage of the English language.

Fearg, apologies for overlooking, but I have taken Tyk 2 as one compound and there are 2 compounds relating to Tyk 2. I just noticed Krone's post.

At present I would hasten to add that we can only speculate what is going on in the background. If there was even the slightest mention of any of the compounds that Sareum have (or are involved with) to be put forward as a possible treatment for Covid-19 then this share would rocket! Until we here anything via an RNS all we can do is speculate with what information we have.

Fearg, a slight correction to your post. We are involved in 3 compounds ie Chk 1, Aurora FLT+3 and Tyk 2.
CHk 1 is licensed to Sierra Oncology, Aurora FLT+ 3 to an unknown Chinese pharma and Tyk2 which is owned by Sareum. Chinese will be going like the clappers to develop FLT+3, Sareum are in on going negotiations concerning Tyk2 ( development, on licensing or maybe possible sell out we just don't know) and finally we have NG of Sierra Oncology (who owe heavy milestone payments) who appears to have their foot off the pedal doing nothing. Sareum own 1 of the 3 kinase inhibitors.
I would be surprised if there was no pressure on NG from the ICR. The trials for CHK1 were due to conclude in March. I believe there is or was a delay as people were still receiving treatment. The delay in a sense is no bad thing as there would be very little point in continuing treatment if it was not proving to be advantageous ie improving and or extending the life of people. Now take a look at the Remdesivir ? Did that show any promise? Gilead just jumped on the Covid-19 bandwagon having a massive influence of a multi billion pound pharma company. It has proved useless and yet Gilead states it may be of some use to those who are not so seriously affected. In a sense you could say that Gilead have used the Chinese patients as Guinnea pigs.
Perhaps Gilead seeing the Remdesivir futile in the treatment of Corid-19 wll consider negotiations with NG at Sierra and or the ICR for a decent CHK1 inhibitor.

Perhaps you could point out what is factual and what you perceive as ridiculous ramping. As for research, I suggest you try researching the subject yourself as you are indeed very ignorant, indicated by the lack of any constructive dialogue.

Since the Chinese have taken charge of it I will think if there is anything to report it will be to their benefit. But the Chinese do not always tell the truth, they will only tell you what they want you to know. If it gets as far as the 900k milestone it will have achieved something. then see how it progresses from there.

I am not ruling out in any form whatsoever that the TYK is not a suitable candidate for Covid-19. Only that the Chinese I think have a head start with FLT+3.
It will be very interesting how this pans out in the next few months.

I have an inclination that the Chinese are progressing FLT+3 as a treatment for the covid-19 symptoms. There is a lot going on. Hubei Medical University took on the development of FLT+3. It was taken back by Sareum a couple of years ago. HMU have worked with it for around 3 years. They will understand the compound and what it can and cannot do.
There has been much talk of TYK2 as a treatment for Covid-19. Sareum are trying to obtain a new patent for TYK2. Originally it was granted a patent in 2015 ( I think). The TYK2 compound was granted a patent and came under the same protection of the Aurora FLT+3 and similar compounds. I think that is why SAR are having difficulty in obtaining a new patent as classes as that family of compounds.

However, if we take it that China (as far as I am aware) have not any other similar compounds in studies/trials will and are looking at the FLT+3 kinase inhibitor. It is similar to TYK2 but not exact. Previously there has been linked testing with FLT3 with corona virus but I do not fully understand ( corona virus is not new and been used in testing as a carrier) the purpose of the tests were.
It does appear a little too coincidental, that the deal ( especially if you consider start of negotiations) coincides with the pandemic. I firmly believe the Chinese have known about this for some time realised the problems and know that the problems Covid-19 cause require different forms of treatment than we have now. If we take it a step further, ie look at the 9 month time frame for milestone payment. You will not have a satisfactory vaccine by that time ( for what little use it will be anyway) The virus is mutating, After 9 months and no milestone it comes back to Sareum, correct? if the purpose was not to use FLT+3 for Covid-19 then what the hell did they obtain it for as sure as hell they are not going to start treating AML in 9 months?
