Blastoid, I would hazard a guess at mainly buys. They increased SP slightly. Hence the price you buy at will fall below the midway price. Also look at the amounts in price and share size. It can be very misleading.

Just my view on this. Milestone paid on the bioavailability of FLT. There surely is nothing to stop the Chinese pharma using it intravenously on its own or with other treatments surely.
Expect the best outcome, yes but, be prepared for the worst

Indicative that they have faith in the share I would think. Two things affect ie impending sale of Momelotnib or license/ partner for SAR737. We are heading towards September and if 737 goes back to ICR then Sierra have lost millions in the development of 737 over the past 4 years. That would hammer their share price, so me thinks they will progress 737 either by license or partnership as otherwise directors would have bought after a SP drop. If Momelotinib is sold then they have more than enough funds to progress 737. Merely my opinion.

This will be an anti inflammatory treatment. Just because the Russians have patented a drug that 'may' prevent a cytokine storm does not mean it will be any good. It means that is the best they can do at the moment with what they have. A jump on the bandwagon with a product they do not know for sure will work or what the side effects are. Covid-19 not been round long and certainly not long enough in Russia to carry out preclinical or clinical trials to standards that acceptable in most of the western world.

They would have made it soluble for when tested on murine when administered intravenously as would have been injected via a syringe. By injection one can be very precise with amount of solute and weight of mouse.

From memory ADME was very good at the time. ie adsorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion.
However, by the oral route I take it we are meaning the ingestion of a solid and not a liquid. How consistent is the passing of a tablet through the gastro intestinal tract and how effective is its dissolution? We still need a solute ie what is left after a material has dissolved, then a solution is formed and after solution what remains is a solute and hopefully very little or no precipitate of the chemical. If all is well with the production of the solute then this can be used to measure absorbtion ie uptake via the solute passing through the capillary lining of the stomach. From the time you take the tablet, the tablet when entering the stomach needs to dissolve, Effects of uptake will be very different if taken on an empty stomach or with food.

Can we take this FLT tablet and administer like paracetamol with the 'I will have a couple now and one or two before I go to bed attitude'. No good this way if we do, as we need to know mol/s exact mol/g of solute and how efficient is the uptake of the drug when taken orally, more to establish a safety profile than anything else'

Fannibaws, perhaps you could enlighten me on the chastising. I vaguely recollect your mention of predicting a drop to 0.4p. All I did was add 350k shares.
The 2 biggest enemies of investment are fear and greed. This share does go up and down and not up as much as some people would like. Have you ever had opportunities to sell when the priced has peaked a little at 1p? If the price falls you can buy back in. If you are so convinced the share will fall why not take out a short?
I can understand your gripe however. Many have been here a long while. I bought a few tranches 2012 and one tranch at 2.1p per share . Yes, I wished I had not for a long while, but I also added as low as 0.22p ( still have most of them) and up to 0.87p.
If I end up in the red or in the blue it is down to my decision making at the end of the day. I could of sold the lot (if I were quick and made several thousand) but chose not to. Yes, the money now would be nice especially with the difficulties that Covid-19 has thrown up. I am not desperate for money so hence I will hang on until a price that I am happy with as opposed to a price the mm's force the SP down to.

My reason for buying was my sister died in 2011 from cancer after diagnosed malignant growth in breast 2006. I thought I would invest in something with a worthwhile cause.. A lovely woman who went from 11 stone down to 4 and a half stone bleeding out of every orifice and could not stand up without breaking bones due to the chemotherapy. Looked after the last 5 months by my youngest sister who is a nurse.
We need better treatments for cancer than we already have.

Market sentiment they refer to it as. Fully funded for the next 18 months, taking Tyk2 forward, already dropped the SP due to the raising at 0.6p and still they bring down on very little volume. Not overly bothered and may have a top up if falls much further.

One compound of TYk2 has a change in composition i take meaning used for immunotherapy and not oncology and the other compound is protected under its original patent as neither the chemistry. The first compound can be patented on change of composition but the second I do not see any variation of the chemical itself or variation of usage.
