If it is experimental actual vaccine then no guarantee of working. It is notoriously difficult to produce a vaccine for an RNA virus. In addition to thi,s on mutation of a virus the original true vaccine will be ineffective. Be good however, if were a success and helped by involvement of FLT+3. No need to create an oral compound just take as an iv.

Not wishing to be pedantic but tumour regression was greater than 98% in 10 out of 10 mice.

Good point Stoney. The would 'expect' has connotations too. I expected to win the lottery a few weeks back. Very disappointed. We expect a decision in October said Tim. In the current climate it may have already been pushed through.

As to how much anyones guess but myself it will not be peanuts. News of a grant, then we should really start to kick off. News of grant one thing. Payment to be made by is something else.
I am feeling pretty positive a bout this at the moment and of course other news is due with respect flt 3 and Sra 737.

Good morning RMM. An interesting post on new research. A multi pronged attack on all fronts is what is required. Steroids. anti inflammatories and of course immunotherapies. There will not be one drug that treats all.
Of course this will not be the last virus or pandemic we will see in our lifetimes. Mutation a system of virus evolution. If we can help the immune system our greatest ally, should not only help in Covid 19 recovery but also similar diseases like pneumonia and sepsis. Replacements are needed for our antibiotics whereby many deseases have become antibiotic resistant.
I for one cannot see as to why we would not get a grant. As to the amount of grant I have very little idea. I would expect a 6 figure sum at least and maybe a 7 figure one.
If you were a government and with the seriousness of this pandemic how much would you throw in as a grant for the potential effective treatment?

From memory, Tim M has over 42 million shares, how many do you think he should have? The others have options to buy but at restricted amounts at a sub 1p price. As you have been here some time why not try looking through the history of the company its pipeline and stages.

No reason why not, they could use Tyk 2 and on top create a revised targeted Corona virus inhibitor.. Tyk at present may do the job anyway.

Many do not agree with Vaccines. Bare in mind that Corona virus will show very little or no effects in 50% of people. Those that are vunerable a very good chance of severe illness and death if not treated immediately.
Now why on earth would you want to inject vunerable people with the ( albeit a weak strain, if can be found) virus. Surely if this were the route then the vaccine would be better off with an immuno inhibitor just before.
However, with this approach we might just as well forget the vaccine and save money and use the immuno inhibitor eg Tyk 2 1801 or1802.

For what reason would Sareum not get a grant? Details would have to be supplied on submission of application and details how it will be funded along with projected costs, what the grant is for and most likely who will be involved. It took Sareum long enough to submit the application.

A vaccine for an RNA virus about as much chance as being struck by lightening down a coal mine, twice in succession.
I think a rise tomorrow again and first sign of a dip will buy a few. That should read today really as early am now.

Agree 100% Stoney. Sareum worth now approaching 50 million, which by comparison is peanuts for what potential it has on all 4 fronts plus of course Covid-19With the modest increase in share price over the past few days it can only strengthen Sareums negotiating position. Depending on who wants what, then the SP of little Sar will be well above what modest predictions have been on here. A 10 bagger from now in a matter of a few weeks is certainly not out of the question. I dont think a buyout is on the cards. If we remember what Tim stated June 2019 and that significant share holder value would be realised in the next 12 months Things get delayed an Covid has not helped in this matter. It may very well help the SP beyond all our expections post grant and interested 3rd party. Regards

aa111. trades are shown but are delayed. They will show as sells, as the time the actual transaction is executed is shown and not the time the deal is done. Look at the time of the trade and then apply the SP at that time.
I would hazard a guess we will start off blue in the morning RNS or not.
