Also mentioned is CCT244747 which if memory serves me correct was our CHK 1 inhibitor. You can 'click on' CCT244747 and will give reports dated from 2012. Impressive reading then. used with Gemcitabine or another compound.
Sierra on the way up so perhaps we may get some not before time updates from them.

Price drop. Intriguing to say the least. it depends at what time and at what price you transact at. A buy is shown if above mid range price. A sell is shown if below mid price. The time you made the trade and when the transaction was executed may be different times ( delayed trade historical) . When a delayed trade is shown it is given at the current price share range.

I will also add that it is not unknown for MM's to hold a stock. Not vast at around 1% and that would equate to over 30 million shares for Sareum. Volatality of price, yes.

12 months ago virtually zero. But now the odds are much more in our favour. It is now no different than the pharma who licensed our FLT 3 being involved somewhere along the line in a vaccine. I would give odds of 2 to 1. I am suggesting here that the odds of the FLT3 being used in Chinese vaccine somewhere along the line is 50/50.
I certainly would not want to bet against it.
As for price?
50 dollars a treatment x 100 million treatments per year. Ongoing for 3 years . That is 15 billion dollars. if we take a modest 10% royalty that is 1.5 billion dollars.
Tyk 2 100 dollars a treatment X 20 million a year for 3 years at 60% that is 6 billion dollars. Remaining 40% costs and partner.
Based on clueless figures by myself, but just used as an example and for only 3 years equates to 7.5 billion dollars. 6 billion pounds.
Divided by 3 billionish gives £2 a share.
Much cheaper than Remsdisivir at 2k dollars a jab and has a black box label as well as not being proven to be effective.
The mind boggles. Well mine does anyway.
All just a bit of fun for us really until such news is announced.

May be worth a read to posters here. The Chinese and their vaccinations.
Of interest is the Chinese National Biotech Group who happen to be a subsidary of Synopharm.
Promising to be ready by 2021. Why would a country which has just over 85,000 reported cases choose to trial vaccinations on well over 300,000 people. No adverse effects reported in their late stage trials.
Must be a good treatment with a good safety profile whatever their origin.
Is FLT3 involved in anyway ? Timescales, license and milestone payment due by certainly not rule this out. No need for the oral route in vaccinations. No compound solubility formulation issues to worry about in this case either.
Perhaps it maybe just a matter of coincidence, perhaps not.

The mind boggles at how much they are worth. The important question is how much will Tim accept? I cannot see him giving it away.
Apart from having not yet established a maximum tolerated dose I cannot see any other holdups. Yes, I believe you can take it as far as having a safe dose equating to 50 times treatment dosage and yet not established a maximum tolerated dose.

We all takes risks terry. But as the old saying goes ' Fortune favours the brave.'
Stupidity is something else which fortune does not favour. if we make allowances, do not over commit ourselves and research what we do and invest in then good fortune should in all probability favour us.

Terrytibbs, price may wander down a little. Do not worry and take very little notice of those that deliberately deramp.
Apart from the Covid-19 aspect the development of Sareums TYK inhibitors progress well and we await news of a possible/probable licensing deal. Tyk 2 has good ADME and as yet no maximum tolerated dose. There are interested parties of that you can be sure on.
Of TYK 2 we have 1801 and 1802. one is a cancer treatment the other for immunotherapy.
If both are bought together:- 'then they will have to pay the price' as stated by Tim Mitchell in his video link with the smooth talking aussie.
We have the unknown Chinese pharma who licensed our Aurora FLT+3 inhibitor from us for a miniscule 50k upfront payment. 26th March, 2020. Ironic as it would take around 3 to 6 months to negotiate and prepare contracts. Work back 3 to 6 months from march the 26th and you have October 26th to December 26th a period of first rapid development of Covid-19 symptoms.
Why does the pharma not want its identity known you may ask. If we say that FLT+3 ( very good ADME and toxicology reports along with very good safety profile) is being used as a treatment on its own or as part of a vaccine, then the importance of keeping this secret away from competitors is of the utmost importance.
FLT+3 targets AML and other blood cancers. Greater than 98% tumour inhibition ie 10 out of 10 cases and found to be effective in the treatment of ALL. ( not bad for 50k up front and a 900k milestone payment on certain milestones being met irrelevant of Covid-19)
In addition we have the long awaited milestone triggers being met and a circa 5 million pound milestone payment which we still wait in anticipation. Sierra Oncology. they do not currently have sufficient funds to continue development and pay milestone payments. They are seeking alternative measures to progress, or to be more precise that is what they are implying.
In addition read what some of the other long term holders post here. Thoth is very good.
Go and look through posters history. We all at times have been a little pi 55 ed off with Sar. Most have kept their heads and many have added including myself when the price has dropped.
I have over 5 million at less than 0.5p. The Derampers telling me Sar will keep diluting your SP with share raises.
I have almost that again but much more than 0.5p.
To conclude, for what few percent this may drop will be far outweighed with the potential gains. These multitudes of gain does not include the potential of Tyk2 as an approved milestone for Covid 19.
As for missing the boat, as some will say. Surely it is better to get the compound spot on. if it is not 100% then almost certain to fail.
Sareum also have their kinase inhibitor library. As some have suggested here should either TYK2 1801 or 1802 not be effective enough then you can bet Tim will be working on a TYK2 that will be effective. All about getting it right in the first place.

When news does get out there will be a stampede! I remember Avacta mid March around 26p a share. I bought a few and sold at average of 65p a few weeks later, put some more into Sareum as were just too good to miss.
Point here is Avacta became 'could hit 70p a share by year end), they have gone over 2 pounds a share. They do not have a treatment for Covid-19. Sareum have Tyk2 Jak1 inhibitor proven effective for Lupus and without the difficulties caused by Jak 2. Very targeted, very precise. A prime candidate for treatment of Covid-19 as endorsed by the grant.

Seriously, this share has had its ups and downs, but we are now so close to fruition. A great bunch on here including some of the newer posters. Thoth 2 has done well and kept the boat steady. 'When you can keep your ahead around you when all are loosing theirs' I think he should have been given one of the share options at 0.25p

Next news due on all fronts. Tyk2 1801, 1802, FLT3 (or flit 3 as Tim calls it) and SRA 737.

Charts to an extent with regards to Sareum don't matter a monkeys. Do a bit of research yourself and see what compounds Sareum have. Don't be a lazy millenial trader, get your bum into gear and research yourself.

Sareum are watertight, not so sure about other institutions or persons involved.

At the very least FLT 3 will be more effective than the first generation inhibitors to treat RA and AML to name but two. Early first generation inhibitors carry Black box warnings as you yourself Thoth and many others on here are aware.
FLT 3 had top notch ADME and a very good safety profile. Development stopped due to lack of funds by Sareum in pursuit of completing preclinical trials for both TYK 2 inhibitors.

As for vaccines I cannot get my head around. Mostly derived from a weaker strain. Approx half people affected show almost know signs. Vaccine will look good on paper treating them. However, there are a vulnerable 20% who can develop symptoms that could prove fatal unless correctly treated. Unless some immunotherapy content is present to control cytokine storm then to me, looks completely pointless.
The time of the licence deal, the anonyminity of the licensee, The prior knowledge of Hubei medical university's involvement with FLT3 and the timing of these in relation to the outbreak seems much more than coincidence
Time will tell.
