There was a 6 million delayed sell yesterday but was bought (shown as sell 27th March .35p bought 26th march 0.31p approx. 2.2k up. There will be a few of the in and out brigade around that is the nature of the game.

I just had a look at shares traded and yes MMs playing silly b.....s. More buys than sells and nigh 9% down. 3 billion shares in circulation and less than one thousandth of them sold and 8% drop. Some decent sized buys through and and still down. I

I can see this sailing past 0.5 today, There will be sells of course as people take advantage of this on the climb. MM's happy to let the price go up and we do have a fairly tight margin. Not before time.

This will put SAR in a much better negotiating position for licensing or deal making of any sort. No immediate hurry to raise funds and hence share dilution. My only concern is what SIerra are doing with SRA737. It would appear they have no intention of coming up with any milestone payments in the near future. However, I am sure there will be interested parties in TYK2 and will now have to up their game.

If a grant of any size were awarded to Sareum it certainly would be a nice little earner! Nice to see it turn blue for a change.

Maybe I am at cross wires here but would CHk1 taken alongside or in partnership be much more effective with Gileads remdisivir? Surely CHK1 must boost the bodies immune system to stop replication or invasion/takeover of altered DNA cells.

AFAIK if a formal offer was made it would be announced as an RNS. Procedures as such would be negotiations would be made between relevant parties where both sides agree informally and then a formal offer would be made. Formal offers are normally accepted by the BoD.. These negotiations can and do take time. Unless you are a majority shareholder you have very little say in the matter.

Offers could be made to Sareum with prices all part of discussions. When Sareum are happy with the offer a formal offer will be made and that you will be made aware of. No need or requirement from SAR to do any mote

I would say Gilead are all over Sierra for the Chk 1. Lots of potential. Gilead will be kept up to date. Highly u likely l think it will be on licensed to anyone else. Gilead first in queue . My opinion Informal discussions off the record taken place months ago.

If you take a look at Gileads 2 current medicines in the Oncology section would you not conclude SRA737 a serious threat?
Sierra Oncology I feel do not have long to act either way in announcing funding or the on licensing. They ie Sierra oncology would then be required to pay milestone payments whether they pay directly themselves ( raising non dilutive funds) or via licensing agreement. It will also have to satisfy their current licensing conditions which includes milestone payments. Sareum themselves have virtually no control that is down to the CPF. Negotiations may well now, or very soon be taking place creating a way forward. All time consuming.

You saying that Sar leak information as you have inferred this from your statement? On what are you inferring that Sareum are not based 100% watertight? The price drops on no activity and no news not helped by very negative comments. I note no mention of a price forecast of Sareum to be 1.9 pence in next 12 months by the financial times. Out of the two I would trust these people any day to a Wallstreet named company with no credibility grown in Australia. Not having a dig at you Afham as most of your comments and posts are good

With words like 'if'and 'could' it is merely an attention ( financial maybe) seeking claim. Me thinks trying to attract the big pharmaceuticals. One researcher and what credibility does he or she have?

I think many here share that feeling Luton news. Looks good as continual rise over past few days even though at times more sells shown than buys.
