"Long term, the Board is committed to building up the research and development side of the business, marketing the ability of nano-materials and out-sourcing the manufacturing to third parties."

Success will not happen overnight and neither will the effects of the current covid 19 pandemic be gone overnight even with vaccinations. Preparations will also need to be made to have sufficient PPE and RPE to control future pandemics.

I have after reading put through wjich I believe are a few pertinent paragraphs of the description Tyk2 1801. It is truly mind boggling what this compound has the ability to treat. There are so many targets! The cytokine storm is only one of them, far from that it indicates the ptential to regulate and more importantly be selective on control of the bodies immune system. I have spent 2 hours going through the details, Age gets to me now and by the time i reached the bottom I forgot what the first bit was about, helped by a rathe large glass of wine.

Of importance as far as I can see is not the treatments as such but the protection of a molecule and its derivatives via a patents. Yes competitors can target the same indications but not with similar compounds to ours.

Furthermore, unlike most other known Tyk2 inhibitors with Jak 1, 2, and 3 inhibitors, our Tyk shows no associated toxicity indications. This would indicate why Sareum have had to develop the formulation of the compound to be delivered at such high concentrations to establish an MTD.


Even though TYK2 inhibitors are known in the art there is a need for providing additional TYK2 inhibitors having at least partially more effective pharmaceutically relevant properties, like activity, selectivity especially over JAK2 kinase, and ADMET properties. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide a new class of compounds as TYK2 inhibitors which preferably show selectivity over JAK2 and may be effective in the treatment or prophylaxis of disorders associated with TYK

None of our product in development are a vaccine! A vaccine is for the human body to develop an immunity by introducing a weakened strain of the pathogen for the body to recognise.

You cannot vaccinate against cancers or immuno diseases. You cannot vaccinate to prevent against cancer.

Castlepaul, They are entitled to sell just as anyone else. Most likely day traders taking the profit for the week and being very cautious over a bank holiday weekend. They are traders and not investors. Investors tend to be long time whereas the trader wants in claims to invest makes a few percent then leaves and will deramp under a different name to get back in again. Gamblers they are not investors. But each to there own so as to speak.

Future looks good here, Covid is not going anytime soon. Far from it. It will mutate and some mutations will be less harmful whilst others will prove to be more dangerous. On top of that Paraytec test more importantly is able to test for other diseases such as sepsis which is one of the biggest killers in the world, more than Covid at the moment I might add. Early diagnosis and effective treatment being the only cure.

Whether an RNS lands today next week or the month after I am not concerned as only a matter of time as not a question of if, but a question of when. The share will be volatile until such news is released

I sold up at 2.4, ready for the inevitable retrace. Will hope to buy back in again at the inevitable 1.0-1.2p as thing in the looong term this will do well.
The question here is were you a pessimist when you sold at 2.4p or were you an optimist wanting to buy back at 1 to 1.2p?

It is good during the day when I am not working to read the positive and negative posts on here. We all have been up and down with this share in the past. Finally the stars are beginning to align, I feel as do others. A long way to go still. But call it what you like optimism or faith I am still here.

It will come to those who wait and the waiting will not be for much longer. I feel. Able to retire is one thing, able to retire in luxury with no worries is something else. Of course nothing is 100% certain or would be reflected by the SP. I have my money invested and for one am pleased with my investment after weighing up the pro's and cons.
In life it is pretty safe to say you end up with what you expect. You can be a pessimist or an optimist, An optimist will expect the best but be prepared for the worst. What does a pessimist expect?

Good morning Bobbler, A lot of pressure to use drugs of very little benefit I would think. More likely the case of must be seen to be doing something whether it is of very little use or no use.
Makes Tyk 2 look all the more in demand subject to continuing development success in pre clinical studies. Very interesting and exciting period the next 3 months will be.
Put a world wide price on it as is a global pandemic.
My opinion for what it is worth is that should success continue into CTA, then it will be bought whether as an individual or company takeover by a large pharma.
Large pharma's are surely aware of little Sareum and their blockbuster potential 1801 and 1802. There is absolutely nothing out there at the moment which offers the potential as a treatment for Covid 19 in addition to the effectiveness of other immunotherapies and the treatment of cancers.
